Our chalet is a renovated "Walzer" style barn. We are a Belgian family with 3 children and a dog and love this remote quiet place in the Valsesia valley. We enjoy hiking in the mountains or just walking in the valley or swimming in the river that passes by on the back of our house. We love skiing in the nearby "Monte Rosa" or "Alpe di Mera" Ski domains (15 or 10 minutes respectively by car) and enjoy cooking with local produce savoring local wines (Gattinara, Ghemme, Barbaresco, Barolo, ...)

We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. “La casa del bucato” was so called because it is located near the wash house that once (and sometimes still today) was used by the women of the village to do laundry, “l'ansiva” in fact. This small but cozy house, fully accessible, with attention to the smallest details to lull you in the mountain charm, consists of a single room that houses a double bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom and overlooks the outdoor area equipped as a solarium.

Flat in the heart of nature - Peace & Relax

Our flat is located in a hamlet of the nearby village, just 8km from Biella. It is part of a renewed farmstead, right in the middle of woods and meadows. The flat is on the ground floor and has its own entrance (separated from the rest of the house). In front of the flat there is a courtyard, with a gazebo and barbecue, where our dog lives (she is very friendly). In the morning you might be awoken by the rooster and hens singing.

The flat is at the second floor of our house that is a sort of farm. There is a nice view on the Alps and our garden. Wooden floors, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The suite has king size bed, a sofa and kitchen in the bedroom . Another room with 2 beds and sofa, and a third room with a double bed that I can separate in two single beds.
