Located on the second floor, on the market side, with low wooden beam ceiling and historic windows. Away from the tourist crowds at the entrance to the Western Pomerania Lagoon Area National Park. Close to nature but with infrastructure: gastronomy, organic shop, handicrafts, ceramics and a very special bookstore in the immediate neighborhood.

Our old estate is located in the middle of Rügen. We have freshly renovated a cozy apartment in the manor house. On Reischvitz, it is really dark and really quiet in the evening. A treat! When you open the window to the park, the birds wake you up in the morning. Reischvitz invites you to take wonderful walks around the park. From here, you can reach the Bodden in 10 minutes with a sandy beach and enchanting sunset. Or in 5 minutes at the Störtebeker Festival. The Baltic Sea beach is 20 minutes away.

Insgesamt ist die Ausstattung gehoben. Es gibt eine aktive Lüftung und Fußbodenheizung. The surroundings invite you to hike, cycle, do water sports and ride. The house has its own 2000 m² garden with a beautiful terrace, plenty of space to linger, a fireplace and great views of the Bodden landscape. Here you will always find a sunny spot for coffee in the morning.

The forest wagon is on the border of our property. You can park the car on our premises, but not directly on the forest car. A forest path leads to the forest wagon. There is no electricity and running water, but full nature. There is an outdoor toilet with heart. Here you are almost undisturbed. (Almost because of the birds!)
