During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

Our holiday park, De Tulpenacker, boasts a unique, green setting by the water, close to the Netherlands' larger cities and the beach. Here, you'll experience the tranquility of the meadows surrounding you, yet entertainment is close by. Amsterdam is only a 30-minute drive from our park. In spring, the bulb fields and Keukenhof Gardens are also easily accessible. It's the ideal place to enjoy a holiday with your family, friends, and relatives. Located in heart of the city-centre. Restaurants, bars, historical sight seeings , museums, shopping area, central station, tour-boat harbor, its all at walking distance. Complete house for yourself, with private entrance. Many unusual things, like a popcorn machine, open-fire-place in your bedroom, an indoor terrace, etc. Some pictures may give the impression as if they are taken outside the house in a cozy street, or in the garden, but that's really just the decoration of the living room.

The Harbour is a former 4* Boutique hotel located in the Harbour of Leiden. The rooms are all fully renovated and each floor has a kitchenette which can be shared with one other room. The B&B is located at the Harbour of Leiden where many nice restaurants are located. On walking distance many other nice restaurants, bars and take aways. The main shopping street of 1km is on 50m. Park&Bike: We offer free parking 5-10min driving from The Harbour and offer bikes for rent for €10,- per day.

Our B&B is equipped with all modern facilities such as a modern kitchen, Philips Hue lighting, smart TV and Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxury Jacuzzi and wood stove. The B&B with large private garden and unobstructed view is completely shielded from the farmhouse by a fence and is only accessible to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you can look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast of your choice is optional.

Tiny house "Petit Paradis" is quietly located but in the center of Leiden (old city) and can accommodate up to 2 people. It is located in the harbor area, close to the marina, cozy restaurants and city gardens and city parks. Leiden is known for its many museums, but certainly also for the rich water sports area in the area, the beautiful canals in and around the old city, the historic buildings and the atmosphere that a university city brings with it.

Downtown 256: The old shop: a completely renovated apartment in the centre of Leiden. A living room with wooden floor, 2 complete bedrooms, a complete kitchen, a big bathroom with shower and bath and a separate toilet. Everything is on the ground floor, no stairs. This apartment is situated in the heart of the city, at the end of the shopping street. Shops, restaurants, museums and theaters are in walking distance.

Stay in our former coach house

Near the center of Leiden, we have renovated a charming early 19th-century coach house for temporary rental. You’ll enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the countryside, while still being close to all the amenities of a vibrant city. Simple (non-electric) bicycles are available to rent for €2.50 per day—perfect for trips into the city. For longer distances, we offer 2 to 3 electric bikes at €25 per day per bike

Spacious 3 level house located just outside the historical center. Within walking distance / cycling you can reach all Leiden's beautiful attractions - historic center, canals, museums, restaurants, bars and shops (and also supermarkets, sport faclities, etc). The house is easily accessible by the main highways and by public transport (train and bus).
