Apartment vacation rentals in Binnenstad

Bij het boeken was Annemieke heel aardig en direct over het huren van haar appartement. Bij aankomst voel je jezelf direct thuis en de locatie is helemaal geweldig. Dichtbij het centrum, mooi uitzicht vanuit de woning. En binnen in het appartement is alles erg netjes en goed verzorgd. wij hebben echt een hele leuk tijd gehad in het appartement van Annemieke. En wil haar bedanken voor vertrouwen want je komt echt in haar thuis en wat dan ook beleeft als je eigen thuis de tijd die je er door brengt maar ook aangezien ik niet echt van de reviews schrijven ben maar erg belangrijk is om iets te kunnen huren op Airbnb. Annemieke nogmaals bedankt voor de top tijd die we hebben mogen doorbrengen in jou appartement.

Fijn verblijf gehad, we zaten dichtbij het centrum en alles was op loopafstand/met de bus te bereiken. Fijne schone studio en leuk ingericht!

What a fun place to stay! The art around the apartment gave the space so much character! My family stayed there for 5 nights and enjoyed Every minute. Great location too! As others have mentioned, there are a lot of steps, but that didn’t bother us a bit.

Des hôtes fort accueillant dans un environnement magnifique, entourée d'une nature constante ! L'eau des canaux apportent une douceur et beaucoup de charmes ! L'appartement est très agréable et fonctionnel. J'ai été très heureuse de ce séjour !

I can't stress how comfortable this loft is. It's aesthetically very pleasing. The living room, the kitchen and balcony is very well designed and utilized as a space. Large windows, and great lighting. Here's a list of pros and cons. Pros: * Aesthetically pleasing * Superb lighting with a lot of control * Great sound system all over the house (sonos) * Large comfortable coach * Functional kitchen with a great coffee machine * Large balcony with ambient lighting * Full functional bathroom with an a nice shower * Large plants * Thomas is very flexible, friendly and communicative Cons: * The only con, the bed room is tight and requires stairs to reach That said, I would always stay in Thomas's loft when I visit Utrecht!

Das Appartment war sehr gemütlich und die Lage war prima. Es befindet sich in einem sehr lebendigen Viertel. Viele tolle Lokale und Cafés in der Nähe aber trotzdem ruhige Lage. Wir würden wieder kommen. Vom Bahnhof gut zu Fuß erreichbar (ca. 20 min.)

Wir haben ein Wochenende in Maaikes Wohnung inklusive Kater Otto verbringen dürfen. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und haben von dort die komplette Stadt auskuntschaften können. Wenn wir wieder nach Utrecht zurückkehren ist diese Wohnung unsere erste Adresse.

Wir haben für einen Kurztrip die tolle Wohnung von Caroline gebucht und waren rundum zufrieden. :) Die Kommunikation war super, Caroline hat sehr schnell auf Fragen reagiert und hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Die Lage der Wohnung war ebenfalls super, gut zu erreichen, ruhig und trotzdem nah am Zentrum. Mit dem Bus ist man in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Die Wohnung war super sauber und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Caroline hatte sogar ein Willkommensgetränk in den Kühlschrank gelegt. :) Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder! :)

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und es war alles nötige vorhanden. Bei Fragen o.ä. war die Gastgeberin problemlos zu kontaktieren und meldete sich sehr zeitnah zurück. Die Ankunft verlief problemlos und uns wurde der Check-In im Vorfeld ausführlich erklärt. Nach Check-In wurden wir auch nochmal persönlich von der Gastgeberin willkommen geheißen und uns wurden alle offenen Fragen beantwortet sowie Tipps für unsere Zeit in Amsterdam mitgegeben. Alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt, bei dem wir uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt haben. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft sowie Amsterdam immer wieder :)

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans le logement proposé par Kris ! Tout correspondait à la description, et la communication avec lui en cas de besoin est facilitée par la présence d'un téléphone fixe au sein du logement, directement lié au sien. Le tramway à proximité (-10min à pied) est aussi un grand avantage pour aller visiter Utrecht. Je me questionne juste sur la nécessité du formulaire à remplir à l'arrivée. En tout cas c'est un bon logement à un prix avantageux !

What a wonderful spot in such a peaceful area. The flat was everything we needed and more. The personal touches we so nice and made us feel at home.

Fabulous place in the heart of Amsterdam! Easy to walk to most places, and the tram was close if you want to venture out further. Our family enjoyed people watching from the big open Dutch windows. Very beautiful location. Hosts were friendly, and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful visit to Amsterdam with our 18 and 20 year old sons. The space was ideal - walkable to everything the city had to offer, beautifully decorated, lots of room to spread out. We really enjoyed being able to look out over the canal and watch the bikes fly by below. The restaurant recommendations were excellent and greatly appreciated.

Der Aufenthalt bei Marjolein und Michiel war außerordentlich schön und gemütlich. Ruhig gelegen, wunderschönes Ambiente mit privater Teichterrasse und Garten. Ideal für Radtouren zum Weltkulturerbe zu den Mühlen in Kinderdijk, Rotterdam, sowie nach Dordrecht gelegen. Auch der Wasserbus ist sehr zu empfehlen! Da mein Mann 60 wurde, hatte Michiel uns aufmerksamerweise eine schöne Flasche Prosecco vorab in den Kühlschrank gestellt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und umfangreich. Die Betten sehr bequem. Das Zimmer ließ sich insgesamt zum Schlafen gut abdunkeln. Das Auto konnte sehr sicher auf dem Hof abgestellt. Vielen herzlichen Dank nochmals für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt!! Heerlijke accommodatie! De check-in verliep soepel en het was prettig dat ik later op de avond kon aankomen. Alles was goed geregeld. De ruimte zelf was brandschoon en straalde rust uit — precies zoals op de foto’s. Je merkt dat er met zorg aan alles is gedacht. De host was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat het extra fijn maakte. Echt een plek waar je je direct op je gemak voelt. Heerlijk aan het water met prachtig uitzicht op de haven en historische panden! Een dikke aanrader!

Great place, right next to central station and a short walk to the canals

The location was great, walking distance to trains and trams to get to the heart of Amsterdam. Far enough away to be quiet for nights in. Nancy was very communicative even though she was on holiday. Easy parking if you drive in and plenty of space for 5, especially if someone doesn’t mind the couch. Would be great for 3 couples. Amazing showers 😁

We stayed in Timo's apartment for a week. This week was one of the best for us, and the apartment only made it more beautiful. Incredibly spacious, clean, incredibly cozy apartment. So many beautiful elements of art throughout the apartment, selected with taste and love, without anything superfluous. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. We were happy to spend time in it. Sometimes we thought about why our city program was so dense and busy, because we really wanted to spend more time in a cozy home. Ideal objective value for money. Our communication with Timo was incredibly friendly, he is a very responsive, kind, attentive and caring host, it was a pleasure to communicate with him. All our issues were resolved as quickly, easily and with care as possible. Would we come back again? Of course. Thank you very much for everything🩷

Wir waren für ein Wochenende in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit den Fahrrädern konnte man die nahe gelegene Metrostation gut erreichen und wir haben eine gute Zeit in Amsterdam gehabt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Ich kann diese Unterkunft für Amsterdam Aufenthalte sehr empfehlen.

Wonderful apartment very close to the centre. Comfortable beds, a sauna!, and plenty of space on two floors. All communication with Fleur was quick and easy, and we will be back! Thanks Fleur

Das erste AirBnB, das sich für mich wie ein richtiges zuhause angefühlt hat. Es steckt sehr viel Liebe drin. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass man in einem Märchenhaus gewesen ist. Die Lage ist perfekt, um für ein Wochenende abzuschalten. 30 min mit dem Fahrrad nach Zandvoort und 5 min mit dem Fahrrad nach Harlem. Ich war von Harlem auch sehr überrascht, da es für mich wie eine bessere Version von Amsterdam angefühlt hat.

Mariel's place is perfect for special occasions. I really enjoyed the amenities! It feels private in the apartment, as the building seems to exclude regular living spaces. There is another apartment alike on the same floor – the soundproofing in between is good, so I couldn't hear the neighbors. The host is very friendly, communicative, well-thought and intentional of the place, there were fresh flowers and only real plant in the apartment. The only inconvenience was the noise from lively traffic outside, since it's very close to the station – which is really convenient on one hand, but not as perfect in case of higher sensitivity issues. If you don't get overstimulated by sound – this place is perfect, as it's absolutely a rare gem.

El Anfitrión súper amable y atento en todo, Tuvimos una estancia excelente y agradable nos sentimos como en casa, si tuviéramos que regresar a la ciudad de utrecht estaríamos encantado de volver a la casa del anfitrión Utku. Casa súper cómoda y perfecta. Gracias por todo !! Hasta la vista .
