Nice, spacious apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. I stayed here for three months and had a great time. The rooms are big and well-equipped. The only sound comes from a hundred birds singing in the morning. The city center is located 15-20 minutes away by bike.

Such a nice, peaceful and cosy place! We stayed here to discover the Lauwersmeer with its variety of birds. It was lovely to start the day peaceful and end it cosy at Hans-Eriks place. Definitely would recommend! Would love to come back in a different season as well.

We spent a wonderful winter week of beautiful weather in Rysum, one of the most beautiful shipyard villages we have found. Every day fine rolls and butter cake and a very nice quiet winter and river landscape with wild birds and beautiful walks... simply recommended... and the apartment was perfect for us. Cozy and good beds. And a very friendly host.

We had a great time in the apartment Leevke again and especially for families, the Uplewarder Grashaus is highly recommended: there is a playroom, a small playground and lots of nature. Our dog also felt very comfortable and was able to rush through the greenery. It is wonderfully quiet and over New Year's Eve you hardly noticed anything about the bang - which is great especially for dog owners. We can fully recommend the accommodation. Unfortunately, the laundry package (bedding, towels) had to be paid extra on site, which is quite unusual especially for Airbnb listings! Normally, this will be charged in the total price, making the costs clearer. Likewise, 22 euros per person is quite high. The extra costs were also pointed out in the ad, so there were no "hidden" costs - especially since this is also an optional offer. Yet it is unusual for Airbnb.

Wonderful place to stay: everything you need is present in the accommodation; the area is very quiet, amenities are close by, you can immediately start hiking or cycling in the beautiful surroundings!

A place very central within Emmen

Lovely, clean, comfortable and compact accommodation for 2 people. Great central town location but in a quiet place.

Just at the entrance of the alley is a great spot to sit and have a drink at the canal. We had a nice dinner at Il Sogno around the corner. This place is at walking distance of the Grote Markt.

We had a lovely weekend. Very warm welcome and the cottage and location was exactly what we needed. Wonderfully quiet, everything present and comfortable. This weekend was mainly for us as a base for Thialf, but we would like to come back to enjoy even more of the cottages and the area.

A really nice, comfy place - home away from home - in the Dutch countryside. Trienke was also very responsive and helpful. Thank you and hope to be back some day!

Perfect place – all-round carefree oasis of well-being! 🌿✨ Our stay at this fantastic place in the Netherlands was just perfect! Upon arrival, we were surprised with a lovingly furnished and high-quality equipped apartment. Everything was really thought of here! The kitchen was not only fully equipped, but there were also numerous extras available: coffee, tea, sugar, eggs, milk – and even cake, mayonnaise and ketchup! A wonderful gesture that made us feel welcome right away. In addition, there were plenty of towels, blankets and bed linens, so nothing was missing. The stylish furnishings and the loving decoration made the apartment a real oasis of well-being. Another highlight was the direct access to the garden, which allowed us additional relaxation. In short: perfect comfort, warm hospitality and a place where you immediately feel at home. We enjoyed every minute.

Wonderful accommodation, in which luxury is combined with ease. The host and wife are very friendly and helpful. Already with a nice location with hospitality!

Best personal acomodation in holand

Ultra-modern apartment (electric bed/garbage can, underfloor heating, faucet with boiling water, etc.) It had everything you needed. Quiet and yet a short walk to supermarkets, restaurants, etc. Guests should know that they are not allowed to use their own bath additives and that the water is not refillable and chlorinated during the stay. Grill is specified in the description, but is only possible in summer. If you have to work, don't expect good Wi-Fi. Otherwise everything was great, we felt comfortable and enjoyed the days :) Hostess is very friendly and helps directly with problems.

My dog Lou and I spent a wonderful long weekend here. Very friendly people, beautiful apartment on the forest and everything you could wish for nearby. Definitely recommended!
