Great place for a family reunion. Rooms were spacious and staff very helpful, they even cooked food we bought from the local fishermen. Going down the street to Lingayen beach walk is worth it as the beach across the street can sometimes be filled with trash after the fisherman's haul. It was still a nice beach though. Overall I would stay here again.

Had an awesome stay! The place was clean, spacious, and had all the essentials, including toiletries. There was a videoke next door, but the noise was barely noticeable, seems like the room was pretty soundproof. Would definitely recommend this spot!

sir chito and mam marissa was very kind and accommodating. the only thing that was different was that the table and chairs were green monoblock ones which is different from the pictures posted on the listing. other than that the place was nice, clean, and cozy!

Generally, the property was superb. The host and their katiwala is super accomodating and responsive when you have concerns. Few areas to improve. Landmarks for the location. Don’t trust waze. Just call their katiwala once you get near the landmarks so you don’t get confused. Naghanap kami sa property for like an hour. Maybe give more landmark like yung blue water tank ng Manaoag (right side), if you see that you’ll be near the property. The shortcut road going to the property is super rough, if you have a car like us (Vios) I highly suggest ask for the road na hindi rough. It’s just 1km or 1.5km far from the property but your engine will thank you. Super mabato ang road. Water line. Hindi naman super hina ng pressure ng water, isolated lang siguro yung case namin na nawalan kami ng tubig during our stay. But the host and their katiwala was accomodating to address our concern kahit sobrang gabi na. Overall super bait nila and accomodating, they even gave us a box of mangga 😁

The environment feels so secured and the architecture of the place from the living room, bedroom to comfort room are with top notch design. The unit is fully airconditioned and we have everything we need inside the bnb from appliances to kitchenwares all are available. Every corner you look there is a socket available to be used. such a beautiful place! my kids and I had a lovely time at Winston's home. Everything was as described and much more! The owner was very accommodating with our requests and made sure our stay was very comfortable. First time to stay in Pozorrubio and this airbnb just made sure that we will need to be back again soon. This is one of our faves now!

The owner is very accomodating. They even gave us free eggs, mangoes and kamias. My 3 year old daughter likes to talk to the owner (grandma and grandpa) because they are very easy to talk to. They are showing us around their whole place. They entertained us very well and suggested places to go to. The place is very nice and clean. It is also peaceful community. They have a nice house. They have a cold aircon. This is a highly recommended place. Will definitely come back!🥰

Perfect Stay, Highly Recommend! We had an amazing experience staying at Gutierrez Apartment's! The apartment was just as described and even better in person. It was [clean, cozy, spacious], and the location was perfect—close to the wedding that we are to attend. The [bed, living space, bathroom, etc.] was very comfortable, and it really felt like a home away from home. John was an excellent host—very responsive and welcoming. The place was good for relaxation to commune with nature. There was a pool for a leisurely dip. It was like a home away from home. The staff were all helpful and honest. I left my phone in their counter before we left and the staff kept it. Fernando was kind and accommodating to arrange the transfer of my phone all the way to Quezon City when I called him. I will surely return to his place when I go to the north. We had a very good stay at Fernando's place!
