Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Binic

Booking almost last minute to come and celebrate the New Year in Paimpol. A fire was crackling in the wood burner when we arrived; Delphine and Denis welcomed us warmly. Thanks to our host's directions and addresses, we were able to book our New Year's menu fairly quickly. Thanks again Delphine! Everything is as described in the listing description. A real cozy nest for winter evenings and I imagine a beautiful place for summer evenings! We'll be back, I promise!

Yvon was a nice and helpful host. We felt very comfortable. The fact that our kids still got the offer to ride was great. We give a clear recommendation for Yvon's house. Our highlight was the conservatory, which we used every day.

Very lovingly decorated and very well maintained. We particularly liked the garden with the beautiful hydrangeas! Anytime again!!

We had a great time with the family at Goulven's. The calm of the countryside, the house is very well equipped, the bedding is very good. We all enjoyed the Jacuzzi at the end of the day. We'll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful weekend at rest . We were with a couple of friends our children and our dog . We were very well received . The accommodation is warm and relaxing. Our teenagers occupied the cottage nearby, they loved their “independence”. A games room is available in an annex shelter with darts, foosball , ping pong table... we really enjoyed spending time there. We took advantage of the wood burning stove around which we played board games. This is exactly the place we were looking for , we're all looking forward to going back . The hosts are adorable and the place is perfect , we had everything we needed to decompress and rest . I would highly recommend it

We spent ten beautiful days of rest and healing in Jeanne's warm and personalized little cabin. Walk to the beach of the Avant port which is so close, up to that of the Rognouse a little further away, enjoy the view from the terrace and even from the sofa, light the stove when it is cool in the morning... We felt at home and have already planned to come back! A big thank you:)

Great stay at Lilou's place. This apartment is very pretty, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. Accessibility was very easy, its location close to the station and the host's instructions for accessing the accommodation were very clear. I would recommend this place and would be happy to come back if the opportunity arises.

We had a lovely stay at this place as described: spacious, modern and impeccably clean. Access is simple and well indicated, which made self check-in very fluid, without any difficulty. We also appreciated the little attention left on site, which added a warm touch to our visit. The accommodation is well located, with shops and restaurants easily accessible by car, which is super convenient to fully enjoy the area. We highly recommend this place for those looking for comfort, tranquility and convenience. Again, thank you for this great experience!

Beautiful apartment very well located and a few meters from the large beach of Val André, with local shops nearby: bakery, caterer / butcher shop, Friday market and a small well-stocked Carrefour 150 m away. The apartment is located in a small house with private access by a small staircase, above a quiet restaurant. In the apartment, a distribution of star rooms with a beautiful living room and a large very nice and well-equipped terrace that adjoins the kitchen area. Sufficient and modern amenities for cooking. Well equipped and well decorated apartment, and it feels good. Linens not provided, so be sure to bring it or rent it in advance in the area. We had a good holiday there in a great setting. An inconvenience reported to Marjorie for the future.

We were very comfortable at Martine and Jean-Yves' house. Martine was very friendly and treated us very well. The house is very conveniently located 14 km from Dinan. Ideal for visiting St Malo, Cancale or Mont Saint-Michel. We had a great time. It's a great place to stay at. Thank you very much Martine.

We had a pleasant stay. Clean, well-equipped home and very close to the beach and shops. We enjoyed the open shops and the tranquility of the village. In addition, the sun was at the rendezvous and the barbecues were there. Karinne was attentive and very responsive to our requests. We would recommend this listing to guests. We had an exceptional weekend at the Four à Chaux manor, despite the unpredictable weather. The setting is absolutely beautiful and the services met our expectations. Everything was perfect, from the warm welcome, the cleanliness of the place or the comfort of the facilities. We'll be happy to go back and highly recommend this place for a memorable stay.

Wonderful stay with family! Everything was perfect, you feel so good in Catherine's house. It exudes the well-being and human warmth of a large and beautiful family! We feel that this house is made to meet around a large table or in a small group in the living room. A beautiful soul that we were able to enjoy as 😍❤️ a family, beautiful moments of sharing and reunion, beautiful walks on the beach of rosaries or on the GR 34 ❤️

We had a great time at Jean-Pierre's house, the view is magnificent, the pool is great. Nothing to say except that we will surely go back with pleasure.

The villa "Les Mouettes" allowed us to spend a great week under the Breton sun. House is very bright, welcoming and very pleasant to stay in. Everything matches the photos. Gabrielle is responsive and available. Successful holidays for us.

We loved our stay at Victor’s place! Even better than on pictures. We absolutely recommend staying at the villa with family and friends. It’s the perfect place to create memories, spend quality time and disconnect. Fireworks, Padel court, bright and spacious living room, open kitchen, we loved it all! Calm neighbourhood, yet close to all the main cities to visit (saint Malo, Dinan, M’ont Saint Michel). Thank you for your hospitality and responsiveness, we’d love to come back!

Chloe's house is very nice for a stay in St Quai. Direct access to the port is much appreciated.
