Sylvain's apartment is as described and super nice; well located in front of the beach, quiet, close to shops, bars and restaurants with private parking, in the small village of Binic. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped. The bedding is excellent and the room is quiet. Sylvain is very friendly and our relationships were simplest and most practical. In short, you will have guessed that we highly recommend this host and his apartment.

Very clean accommodation, perfectly consistent with the listing photos. Very good location, close (on foot) to the beach, Saint Cast center, restaurants and shops. Highly responsive host, clear and easy instructions for check-in and check-out.

We loved it: - The splendid view of the sea from all the windows of the home and from the cozy terrace. - The immediate proximity to the beach and different hiking trails . You can access the pretty seaside resort of Pleneuf by an easy path that runs along the sea ( 2km). - Shops, restaurants and supermarket 4km away by car. - And above all, Roger's kindness, discretion and small touches. Great stay.

We had a pleasant stay in a beautiful apartment, stunning views of the beach and the port of Erquy. The description is exactly as reality. And in addition, the sun was there. In short, everything was perfect.

A great Easter weekend at Pierrette and Jean Michel's place. Flawless or even impeccable accommodation (just like at home.) Waking up to this view, I'll never get tired of it. I 100% recommend this accommodation, offering breathtaking views of the sea, a real haven of peace conducive to relaxation. Direct access to the sea and walk along the coastline. Comfort exceeds all our expectations: the bedding is extremely comfortable, the linens smell divinely good and the amenities are far beyond what we had imagined. Communication with our host Marie was excellent from booking to checkout. Marie and her husband and her little family welcomed us with great warmth and kindness.

Charming little house, clean and tastefully decorated. Located in a charming village with small shops nearby and Paimpol a few minutes' drive away. You will find a small booklet of sites to discover in the area and Sylvie will be able to advise you. Small charming enclosed garden for our dog. A delicate touch was waiting for us upon arrival. We had a wonderful stay at Emmanuelle and Pierre's apartment! They were more than adorable, even offering us to pick us up by car upon arrival. They answered our questions and were flexible on arrival and departure. The apartment was spotless, the location very peaceful. We took advantage of the surrounding area to ride a bike for 4 days. We recommend eyes a second thought!

Very good hosting by the owner in this recent listing. Calm, tranquility with an underground parking space and balcony characterize this apartment with quick access to the seafront (GR34), beaches and shops within walking distance.

We slept one night in the accommodation. It is well located and with a beautiful view! Morgane was very responsive by message.

Perfect location on the waterfront. Spectacular view of the huge beach of Rosaires. You can watch the sunrise from the living room sofa and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The balcony on the entrance/living room side serves as a passage for very discreet neighbors. It didn't bother us. And the balcony on the bedroom side is private with a real sea view. Philippe is a very friendly and responsive host and offers very good advice. Great restaurants are within walking distance. Loved our stay.
