Great value for money and easy communication !

We loved our stay in HCMC District 1. The house is down a quiet narrow street with other residences. The main living space on the ground floor was a lot bigger than it looks in the photos and we could comfortably fit all 11 guests for meals. The rooms are spacious and all have their own bathroom ensuite. There is a lady who sells breakfast on the corner of the lane 10m from the front door. She changes the menu every day but is generally a noodle soup of varying flavours. We found them all delicious and seriously cheap ~35k.

Once again I chose this place. It's amazing, the host prepared us a house with lots of greenery. I'm a very demanding client but it's great, they do everything very perfectly, the structure of the house has four very separate floors, always airy and full of freshness. The landlord is friendly and they also send very details on how to check in. Once again I love the host and see the host as a friend. Thank you very much.

Awesome place ! So many little eats and bars around . Love binh Thanh and this is situated in the best location . Apartment was clean and very accessible to get too . Stayed for a week and there was room cleaning and also laundry service. Will definitely come back and stay here in the future . Thanks Henrry!

Nice and quiet place, easy to access market, local food and drink. Rooms were clean and tidy, easy to use. The host is friendly and instruct very clear about the rules and policies. There is one small disadvantage is that main street is hard for Car or Van to drive in. So i recommend use motorbike. In general, this place is worth every penny you spend.

Exactly as described, for some reason this apartment felt like home. I'll recommend and will also return for longer when in Ho Chi Minh. Its located in a very nice neighbourhood in D2 away from the bustle of D1. There's a resort like pool, a functional gym, professional and helpful concierge. There are some great cafes around as well as restaurants. The bed was extremely comfortable, slept like a baby. The view from the apartment was phenomenal, didn't have the time to experience the view from the rooftop garden. Just book it! You'll be glad you did.

숙박 초기에 안좋은 일이 있었지만, Mai의 신속한 조치 후 괜찮아졌다. 이 일은 숙박을 하는 그 어떤 사람도 좋아하지 않을 일이다. 그 외, 안좋은 점도 있지만 이 정도는 숙박하는 동안 이해할 수 있는 수준이다. 불편함 없이 잘 지냈고, 잘 쉬다가 갑니다.

Great just. Great place to stay. Clear instructions and easy to find

Absolutely breathtaking! This 2-bedroom apartment offers one of the highest views in the city — from the balcony, the entire skyline stretches out before your eyes. During the day, you can see the river winding through the city, buildings rising like a miniature model, and on a clear day, the horizon seems endless. At night, the city lights sparkle like stars, making it feel like you're floating above it all. It honestly feels like looking down from an airplane. The view alone is worth the stay

I enjoyed staying at Thuan's place. The place is clean and well-organized. Location is very convenient for shopping, eating, and hanging out. It's also not too far from the district 1. I felt comfortable as at home when staying here. Would recommend to friends and family.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Both Lisa and Tony were so friendly and nice. Thanks for being understanding and letting us checking in early. This place was more than we could’ve asked for. Spotless bathrooms, bedrooms, living room and kitchen. A lot of places to eat near by. This is such a great location. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely perfect accommodation, photos matched reality. Great park nearby with lots of activities and if you walk a bit you get authentic street food within local neigborhood too. Safe location. Host was very helpful and provided us with all the information prior to our arrival. Definitely worth the money and I can 100% recommend. Thanks for this experience.

Very nice apartment in a Vietnamese neighborhood within walking distance of Landmark 81 and Pham Viet Chan street. Lots of local food. The owner was amazing and his son too
