Everything went very well during my stay. The place was spotless. Clean and very pleasant pool. Everything was perfect during my stay. When I arrived, some amenities were missing. The others responded very quickly to my request. They brought me the missing amenities that same evening. I usually stay in the center of Saigon. This time, I wanted to try something a little different and I was pleasantly surprised. The quality of the residence and all these amenities are very good. It takes just 30 minutes to reach the city center by scooter. There is everything you need in the residence (market, cafe restaurant). Thanks again. I'll be back on my next visit to Saigon.

Apartment has a great view of the city and is close to Binh Tay Market with lots of street food and restaurants in the area.

The room is spacious and has a beautiful, peaceful view of the river. The location is also fantastic for exploring the local markets and food vendors on foot. It only took us less than 15 minutes to reach the center districts. There are also loads of cafes and local restaurants in the area to try out. The check-in/ check-out process is quick and simple, and the owner is super friendly. You definitely need to stay here if you want to get the authentic Saigon-er experience.

Amazing place, and the hosts are wonderful and responsive. I think this is a great area for families visiting HCMC longer-term. It's a bit farther from the city center, but has a lot of family-oriented amenities, like playgrounds and walking areas. And getting to the city center is still only around 30 minutes by car/motorbike. The apartment itself was clean with nice beds, blackout curtains. Very quiet, except for some karaoke during festival times. Great views! The neighborhood is filled with great small restaurants and many markets. It's also easy to get to District 7, which has malls with fancier shopping and big supermarkets. For those concerned about pollution, this area is probably quite a bit better than being in the city center. It's set far back from the highway, and surrounded by green areas and ponds. Trung, one of the hosts, also drives a van, and took our family on a nice trip to the Mekong delta. Overall, highly recommended, especially for longer-term and families.

This time, I went on my first international trip with old friends ~ It is located in a quiet neighborhood without being noisy, so I had a comfortable stay ~ You can take a taxi anywhere in 20 minutes based on the accommodation, and the taxi fare is cheap, so I stayed casually. The host also responds well and is kind ~ Ah! The view from the rooftop is also very good:)

The home is in a very local area where you can feel the life of a local.The host and her sister are very welcoming and beautiful, they also have a lovely dog, thank you to the host for me to eat fruit, and even made delicious chicken rice flour and coffee for me in the morning.

location is great. room is good. wasn't clear on how to check out since Hao stopped responding on checkout day. some things to consider... shower drain clogs very quickly, so your showers need to be very short. bed is old, so middle is sunken in. if you're on one side or the other, you'll roll into the center. otherwise, a good place to stay

This was a very convenient place for me to stay. Lots to do and close to the amenities I need. Getting around the city is super easy with Grab, they pull right up to the door. Security guards and front desk workers were always friendly and made me feel safe. Our hosts were great communicators- my inbound flight was delayed by half a day, and they stayed in touch with me the whole time, updating me. I will definitely stay in one of their Airbnbs again in the future!!

Spotless, very beautiful, and homely home. Ly and her family are very kind and a wonderful to talk to. Ly was a star bringing us bananas and some fresh lemongrass water daily and giving us a great itinerary to follow whilst we were there to explore her amazing city. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice relaxing stay out the way of the bustle of the city but only a short 15 minute commute to the centre by taxi, in a nice and peaceful neighbourhood. The accommodation is comfortable to use I was impressed with the welcome drink and snacks. However, I couldn't check the message. I never cleaned it. I didn't have enough towels for cleaning once on the 2nd Overall, the cleaning condition was good. There was some hair and dust left It was a pity But a good accommodation and I liked that I was able to see the night view. Thank you!

Overall perfect stay. 10/10 Exceptionally clean, modern, very friendly communication. Although its not right in district 1, its still central and only takes a few minutes to get there. The building is new and modern. Has convenience stores, cafes and restaurants outside of the building. Super helpful and kind hosts. Helped us send something to us that we have forgotten in the apartment. Has a nice pool with views to the river, as well as gym and sauna, but needs face verification to enter, so i guess its only for longterm guests. Would come back again anytime.

The room is very cozy, equipped with tableware and essential kitchen utensils. The furniture is a bit old, but overall it matches the pictures. The community is very pleasant, quiet, and perfect for evening strolls. There is a convenience store right downstairs, and there are also a café and a larger supermarket nearby. If I could extend my stay, I would definitely do so.

Clean and beautiful unit at a Top Class location in Ho chi minh. Landmark81 at the doorstep. Walking distance to the parks and Saigon river. Plenty of convenience, groceries, cafes, restaurants. Quiet at night. Was able to enjoy a good rest

Great premium class property and very spacious flat. The area is less congested and has everything you need - a gourmet store, several coffee shops, a pharmacy, a supermarket etc, plus very close to downtown and D2. Was renting for my family visiting and they were very happy with the apartment and the amenities.
