Ok 10/10 everything is good, there is a bathtub bathroom that is a bit ticketed only okie. I'll be back if I get a chance.

James was highly responsive, and his parents were incredibly kind, making me feel right at home. They invited me to dinner on multiple occasions free of charge. On the one occasion I joined them, the meal was both highly nutritious and healthy. An additional touch was the access to use the washing machine at no extra cost. This accommodation is more than worth the price. The downside is the distance from Districts 1 and 7, where I had reasons to visit. However, affordable transportation options were available, thanks to Google Maps and the Grab app. On occasions when I opted for public buses, which are super cheap, I only needed to hail a Grab bike to take me to the nearest bus stop using Google Maps. I would then hop on the most available bus. I would certainly recommend this Home Stay and, in fact, would book again on my next visit to Ho Chi Minh City.

There is a polo on the doorstep, breakfast is not bad, and there is a kebab shop which is delicious! Also delicious Convenient location and not loud, not far from the airport drive The host is patient and kind, proactively assisting guests with questions, the interior is welcoming, lots of plants, and a lovely kitchen to use

Great location in Q5 with a lot of food options

Our stay was fabulous. Very convenient, clean, safe, many more to say.. we felt just like home. Hosts are responsive, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended Austin n Vanessa’s place.

This place is really nice and has a nice home feel. The space in the room is really spacious. The hostess is super nice and accommodating. Would stay again!

I wanted to try something more authentic and genuine in the busy city of Saigon. But at the same time I want to have access to restaurants and shops so I went to Nhuong accomodation and I got it all. The room looks like on the photos and are clean and have everything you need. I can recommend this place to anyone coming to Saigon.

Great place and great host. The only thing would be the location is a little too close to a busy area where I can hear the vehicle’s noise.

I really like the stay and the apartment-home vibes. It is definitely worth the price. Khan is always responsive and very helpful.

The place is like the pictures, just some normal wears. Everything was as described. Mi was great at responding when I had questions and she’s also very accommodating. The location was nice and I enjoyed the view.

Very comfortable, quiet, clean, safe, spacious apartment on 25th floor with great view. Near districts 10, 11, and 5. Small grocery stores and local-food restaurants just outside the building.

The room is very airy, cool sometimes without opening the air conditioner. The pool view window is very cool, the apartment is located in the corner so it is extremely quiet, it will be less suitable for people who like hot or tropical space. But I suggest you choose it if you really want to relax.

Thao and her husband were the sweetest pf hosts. They helped me with everything and treated me like family! Thao gabe me welcoming wine and moon cake. They also drove me to the airport when i left. Thank you so much!!!
