Price was great! Host spoke English over the phone for any issues. Free parking was great~ the room was relatively clean and location is convienent however a bit hard to find as its in an alley~ just look for the phuc long and go into alley. Could have had more amenities like hand soap, hair dryer, toilet paper. Would book again

Good value for money. Traffic around can be quite awful during peak hours. And, the taxis usually have to make quite a big detour to reach hotel, even though on the map the neighbourhood does not look that big. If you have specific programs, then need to plan carefully to avoid being held up by the heavy traffic.

It’s perfect for a family of three. The place was modern and clean, great amenities, and the area has good security.

Basic room and kitchen, good for a stay of one week what I did. Quiet room in district 10. i like staying here. much is walkable or grabbable. I slept very well. Wifi is okay. Hope to stay here again at a next visit!!

James was highly responsive, and his parents were incredibly kind, making me feel right at home. They invited me to dinner on multiple occasions free of charge. On the one occasion I joined them, the meal was both highly nutritious and healthy. An additional touch was the access to use the washing machine at no extra cost. This accommodation is more than worth the price. The downside is the distance from Districts 1 and 7, where I had reasons to visit. However, affordable transportation options were available, thanks to Google Maps and the Grab app. On occasions when I opted for public buses, which are super cheap, I only needed to hail a Grab bike to take me to the nearest bus stop using Google Maps. I would then hop on the most available bus. I would certainly recommend this Home Stay and, in fact, would book again on my next visit to Ho Chi Minh City.

We had a lovely time staying at this beautiful home. The entire family was very welcoming, and the house even more stunning than the photos. Our host, Tu, showed us around the local market and gave us a motorbike tour of HCM city. We were also invited to a delicious home-cooked Vietnamese dinner by the family. Our room was on the second floor with a nice balcony and a private bathroom. Although the AC was broken at first (which made for a sweaty first night), they were able to fix it by the third day. The AC was really the only problem - everything else was wonderful, including some fruits and yogurt brought up to our room in the morning. If you are looking for a homestay type of experience in HCM city, this is a great place. That said, it is about 20 minutes away by taxi/motorbike from District 1 where there are a lot of tourist attractions. However, we highly recommend this place if you want a more authentic Vietnamese stay in HCM city.

During my volunteering work I was looking for a comfortable place which is located in a pure vietnamese area (since this is the main point of traveling), quiet and at the same time near to many coffee shops, restaurants and especially to the bus station! And Tran’s house was the perfect choice! The room was equipped with everything I need! I felt as at home and Tran was really hospitable and generous ! We had many good talks and he even offered to keep my suitcase and stuff during my backpacking weeks!! His wife is very nice and friendly too! I’ll go back to Saigon next week and I will definitely book the same room!

Ubytování u Han mohu jedině doporučit. Pokoj, kde jsme byli ubytovaní byl velice čistý, nový, moderní a nechybělo mu žádné vybavení. Koupelna byla též čistá a měli jsme možnost využít i kuchyň ve vyšším patře. Han a její tatínek byli moc milí a dovolili nám i dřívější check-in. Han s námi komunikovala i skrz textové zprávy nebo airbnb během pobytu a zodpověděla všechny naše otázky. Ještě jendou děkujeme :)

Close to the airport, but would not recommend walking from airport to the studio. This suite is a studio style apartment with a bridge, microwave, hotplate, plates and glasses available. The bathroom was clean and had toiletries available. The studio had a a washing machine Hine in the balcony which was very convenient after traveling for several days. Unfortunately, the bed was a hard to sleep in, so if you're used to a pillow top or a comfortable soft/ medium soft bed you will not like this one. Downtown will be a about 20 to 25 mins via Grab and depending on traffic. Over all a good stay and very nice studio.

Overall July was a great host and took care of me. The place was accurately described. Very clean and bright. When I messaged her for support, she was responsive and took care of me. Appreciate her very much. I would book with her again.

The place is like the pictures, just some normal wears. Everything was as described. Mi was great at responding when I had questions and she’s also very accommodating. The location was nice and I enjoyed the view.

Хорошая, небольшая квартира. Есть бассейн на втором этаже, во дворе продуктовый магазин. До аэропорта пешком 15-20 минут. Есть весь необходимый набор посуды.

I had a great stay. The unit was clean, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as described. The supermarket connected to the building through the ground floor is very convenient. Communication with Mrs Chi was excellent- she responded so quickly all the time. Great family stay.
