We rent out our beautiful houseboat "Mosel room" bj.2023 to stay overnight. From this property, you are in no time at all important places, such as hiking trails, in the vineyards or local restaurants and shops. Water sports enthusiasts are just right here, the Mosel offers countless offers. The boat is located near the center of Winningen, is stylishly and cozily arranged with a small bathroom, kitchen, dining area and sofa. 2 bedrooms with one bed for 2 persons each.

Our vacation home is located in a wildly romantic side valley between Hunsrück and Moselle and is only 9 km away from the well-known wine town of Zell Moselle. In Altlay, about 1.5 km away, there is a restaurant. Our vacation home is surrounded by forest and meadows. The Altlayer Bach flows right by the house. The picturesque, 200-year-old quarry stone building was renovated in 2022 and has a new bathroom, kitchen, underfloor heating and an open fireplace.

Historic towns and castles are nearby. It is a great house for a stay with family and friends or for a vacation with several generations. Up to eight adults can easily share the house. Kids are welcome. One additional kid's bed and a crib are available.

The apartment ecologically renovated from 2013-2017 with historical building materials consists of 3 rooms, kitchen and bathroom for 2-3 people on the 1st floor of the "Old Ferry House".
