You will stay in the Bingen district of Büdesheim in the historic “Kononialwarenladen” (colonial goods store), which lovingly and casually tells a piece of Büdesheim history and in which you can relax wonderfully today. The property was completely renovated in 2022 and shines in new splendor. Whether sociable in the small courtyard with lounge corner or private on the sunny roof terrace, your favorite spot awaits you. The house can accommodate a maximum of 10 people. You can walk to some of the best Bingen wineries.

BALTHASAR Resort Guesthouse on the Rebhang in the Rheingau

The "Balthasar Ress Guesthouse" is the guest house of the renowned Balthasar Ress winery in the Rheingau. Primarily designed for the winery's own guests, it is also sometimes available to other guests. The architect's house is located in the "Rebhang" settlement, one of the most exclusive and beautiful residential areas in the Rheingau wine-growing region. The settlement is located at an altitude of around 400 m, around 300 m above the Rhine and is surrounded by meadows, vineyards and the forest.

Ohren - An oasis of tranquility in the countryside

An unique tranquil living space can comfortably accomodate 2-7 persons. Furnishings include queen size beds, bright pool room and an inviting bar. Glass doors open up onto wooden terraces and a koi pond. An adjacent grill under a vine-covered pergola overlooks a large (1400sqm) well-kept garden. It has a private entrance with ample parking. We live on the top floor of the house, but we give our guests their space and guests have most of the garden to themselves. Easily accessible from the A3.

Feel good in the vineyards

Take a vacation in the luxurious ambiance of our guest house. It is part of our SCHOTTENHOF winery and integrated into our farm building. The closest neighbor is about 100 meters away. The 4-hectare courtyard is idyllically located in the middle of the vineyards and is accessible on two sides at ground level. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the yard. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a wine refrigerator. Beer pong party people please do not book!

Treat yourself to a visit to our half-timbered house Anno 1690, renovated in 2019, in the very quiet old town of Stromberg, right by the Schlossbrunnen fountain below the 3 castles. The kitchen on the 2nd floor is excitingly located in the former battlement of the city wall. The medieval building still has the typical steep oak stairs and the ceiling height is outside the norm. Cozy stay in the house and as a starting point for hikers & bikers....for relaxation and adventure...

Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

As an interior designer, I designed this 96-square-meter apartment as a place full of character and personality. Away from short-lived trends and mass-produced goods, our accommodation stands for longevity, individuality and thoughtful upcycling. You'll find anything your heart desires. It has a beautiful, sunny and quiet location. In less than 1 minute you are on the Main. In 10 minutes you can take the bus to downtown Mainz. Relax on the large terrace overlooking the linden trees.
