Smithson’s place was perfect for us. Very clean and cozy! We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen that had full pots and pans and spices too! He was so kind to help me with a package debacle and always fast and nice responses. He made us feel at home and welcome. We enjoyed playing basketball on his side of the fence. Very dog friendly and also quiet. I enjoyed reading in the porch every morning with my coffee. Was also close to everything we wanted to go do! Highly recommend!

This place was an absolute gem. It was really, REALLY clean. I think the hosts emphasize how much they clean, and it really shows. It was conveniently located to Asheville. Definitely recommend staying here!!!

Wes was an exceptional host — thoughtful, warm, and genuinely welcoming. He checked in to ensure we had everything we needed and greeted us with such kindness upon arrival. The home itself was incredibly well-appointed, with every detail considered. We were greeted with fresh flowers, a personalized welcome sign, and even treats for our dog — such a heartfelt touch that set the tone for our entire stay. Wes has truly created a space that feels both relaxing and special. We look forward to returning.

Comfortable stay. Peaceful neighborhood, walkable to some highlights in West Asheville with quick access to downtown. Hosts provided detailed info and proactively communicated.

The house was wonderful! We came to the area for a wedding and had my 2 sons and their wives stay with us. The house has a great flow and there was a lot of space for everyone. The large windows made it easy to look at nature all around (especially the pond!), so it was a truly relaxing time!

Wow this place was amazing. Definitely going to be back! Honestly everything inside the house was SO WELL thought out. Instructions everywhere for everything. Mosquito netting - what a blessing in NC spring/summer. Claw foot tub?? Great way to start my day - a bubble bath surrounded by beautiful nature. "10 min to downtown" was SPOT ON. I visited a couple favourite spots and left my dog at the house uncrated without worrying about him getting too bored in the amount of time I'd be out (he is the bestest boy though, so ymmv) My dog loved the yard! He got a bit confused by the netting on the porch, and that was hilarious to watch. We were close enough to houses to feel like there would be help if anything happened, but the way it's situated, you feel like you're in your own private little world. It was stunning and felt very safe in this space 🖤

This location was well situated for our trip as it is close to Biltmore. It is also close to major roads which was helpful as we explored other parts of Asheville. Molly was extremely responsive to any questions we had during our stay, and even checked in to see if we needed anything.

Caleigh and Timm were wonderful, responsive hosts. Super communicative, and the place was exactly what we expected. Would stay again!

We LOVED our stay at Elizabeth’s! We were two humans plus a dog and found the unit to be very comfortable. There were so many incredibly thoughtful touches that made our stay so lovely. It really did feel like a little home away from home — which was perfect for our little WFA (work from Asheville) adventure. The house is well stocked with everything a traveler could need. And the yard is perfect and secure for any furry travelers. The location is convenient to Asheville and in super close proximity to some great hiking in the Bent Creek forest and around the NC Arboretum. We will absolutely be looking to stay here in the future! This spot is such a gem!

This is my second stay here, which I rebooked on the spot during my 1-night stay last year. I stayed 5 nights this time to attend a dance weekend at nearby Warren Wilson College, a mere 7-minute drive. The space was very clean and well equipped abd felt very private, despite actually being attached to the main house. The hosts were attentive and responsive to my needs and were friendly, helpful, abd informative when we happened to run into each other outside. Wildlife was abundant, and I really enjoyed watching whatever might happen along from my own front porch. Fireflies at night, birds galore, roosters crowing nearby, chipmunks, butterflies, and yes! I actually saw 2 bears one day, each at a separate time, wandering on different sides of the yard. One of hosts alerted me the day before that there were 2 in the yard, but I missed seeing that (he did send me photos), and the day I saw the bears, I sent him video and he sent me a photo of a coyote that had been out there earlier.

Our stay was exactly what we expected and were looking for. It’s right in the middle of the heart of West Asheville so be aware that it’s busy with a variety of people and very active. If you are looking to be steps to hip nightlife and eclectic restaurants this is the place for you. It’s also a quick drive to the RAD, downtown, and the south slope.

This was the PERFECT place for our stay in Asheville. It’s centrally located which makes it convenient to get around, but the property itself is slightly outside of the city center in a woodsy area which gives you that lovely, peaceful feeling of being in nature. The space itself was perfectly spacious for 2 people. Very cozy and comfortable. The kitchen doesn’t have a stove but with a kettle, microwave, fridge, and toaster oven you can still do some cooking if you wish. The front porch is nice for sitting in the evenings. The hosts were very kind and provided some snacks and drinks for our stay, as well as clear instructions and thoughtful local recommendations. We loved staying here and if we ever find ourselves back in Asheville we would definitely stay here! Such a great value for an excellent place!

Such a nice little spot to stay! I loved the little extras, from the basket of snacks and the espresso, to the robes and slippers provided, the hosts go above to make sure you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this place if you want to be very close to downtown but want a quiet place to retreat to at the end of the day. You can’t beat the location and the affordability! Thank you for having me.

Beth’s place is a prime example of how to make an affordable, welcoming air bnb. From the distressed wood finish in the bathroom to the lighting in the space we felt right at home the moment we walked in the door. I would highly recommend. We will be staying here when we come back.

We had a great stay at Donna’s. It was clean and comfortable, and Donna is very responsive.

We stayed in the cabin for a death in our family March 2025 and wanted a place clean, relaxing and quiet and we got just that!! We did have a "tiny" issue but when Tamra found out she was on it, and it was corrected quickly and we even talked on the phone, and she was the sweetest person. The Cabin was clean and comfy and so relaxing, and the beds were so comfortable also. We would definitely come back to stay & recommend it to anyone!!

First time visit to Asheville and we couldn’t have asked for, and received, a more perfect place to see it all. Once we parked our car we never saw it again, other than a day visit to the Biltmore estate. Otherwise our entire 4 night stay in this property allowed us to experience Asheville on foot, right outside our door. Highly recommend this place!!

Cute place! Loved the coffee/tea bar in the kitchen! The mattress was very comfortable & the bed linens were high quality. The updated features (matte black faucets, ceiling fans in both bedrooms, sound machines) coupled with the great communication, confirm that this host understands, and strives to achieve, genuine hospitality !! Water pressure in the (not en-suite) shower was weak🥲. You can hear people in the upstairs unit walking around… if you’re sensitive to noise like that, just be aware … Overall… this unit is one of the best we’ve ever stayed in with AIRBNB and we hope to come back again soon!

You can’t go wrong staying at Libby’s place. Libby communicated clear check in instructions and was always responsive. The condo was immaculate. The beds are comfortable and the master bathroom roomy. The kitchen is well-equipped with anything you might need and then some. New Belgium is right across the street, and the River Arts district is within walking distance. Having garage parking is an added bonus. I would love to stay at Libby’s again if I’m ever back in Asheville
