Small apartment located on the ground floor of our house, totally independent, composed of a large bright room with a 2-seater sofa bed, a kitchen area, a 14 m2 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed in which I can add a baby bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet. It is possible to enjoy the exteriors: garden terrace with table and 6 chairs, courtyard for car.

Located 20 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand in a pretty wine village. Contemporary air-conditioned 160 m² house fully equipped to accommodate families, couples, business travelers.
