Keekle Cottage - 2 Bedrooms - Sleeps 4

We really enjoyed our stay at Lauren’s place. The property was super clean, well appointed and situated in a beautiful location. It served our needs perfectly including well stocked kitchen, easy parking, ideal location and stunning surrounds/nearby scenery. There’s a huge Tesco Superstore not far from the Air BnB for all your essentials. Hot water, easy to operate heating and a nifty little garden area all added to the comfort. Not to mention recliner sofas! Lauren was very responsive with clear instructions provided throughout. This property would also suit long term stays and those rotating through nearby hospitals. Note a £150 refundable deposit is to be paid after booking. Would stay again. Thanks for having us!

Can’t thank Janice enough for our home from home experience to explore the Lake District. It was exactly as it was in the pictures and more. Janice left milk, bread, butter, jams, orange juice, beers and wine and much more. It was exactly as described! Highly recommended if you’re looking to explore the Lake District Would stay again 100%

The Place, Loweswater. Utter tranquillity.

We had a wonderful stay at The Place. The location is breathtaking, and the house itself is perfect - every detail is beautiful and well thought-out, and Lucy had provided anything one could think of. Everything was of very high quality, from the bed linen and towels to the kitchen equipment. We were all adults, but if you have children, there are lots of toys, games, and activities, so that even on rainy days, there is plenty to do. Great walks nearby, perfect both for those who like hills and those who prefer flatter ground - Buttermere and Crummock are wonderful low ground walks, and of course the walk though Holme Woods to the Kirkstile is lovely. Thanks, Lucy and Nick!

Lovely 1 bedroom apartment in town centre location

We had a great stay at Deborah’s apartment! The location was perfect for exploring different areas of the Lake District including scafell pike. Deborah was responsive whilst we were there and provided helpful & clear check in instructions. The property is on the high street and whilst we were woken up one night by people on the high street, the entrance is round the back of the property which makes it feel more private. Thank you for a great stay!
The traditional sandstone cottage features a symmetrical façade, accentuated by two dormer windows on the upper level. The entrance is adorned with a small floral arrangement beside the door, while a gravel driveway leads to a wooden outbuilding on the left.
