Well location! We enjoyed very much. Ken is very responsible and kind.

For the price, location, and time of year, this place was more than worth it. From my experience, the building was very accessible and quite safe, even at night with the 24/7 security on the ground floor. The MTR was right downstairs and if you wanted to walk, there were many malls and restaurants that were within just a few minutes of walking. Although this building was right on Nathan Road, one of the busiest streets in all of Hong Kong, the noise quite minimal and never a problem for me. I would say this is a prime location for both short or long term stays. The unit itself was incredibly clean and well maintained, just be sure not to leave food open or laying around and there will be no problems. The unit also offers great privacy and the walls are quite thin but if the other units are respectful, it wouldn't be a problem. The washer/drying machine as well as the water refilling tap were both incredibly helpful. Host is also responsive if there are issues. Highly recommend!

Fantastically convenient location in the heart of Stanley with the luxury of having a great bakery directly below the apartment with great coffee and pastries. The apartment itself is well equipped with everyone you need, it has been recently tastefully renovated so bathroom and appliances are all new. Would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for a Southside bolt hole while they explore Hong Kong.
