It's a design and modern 65 m2 / 2 bedrooms duplex flat offering high-end services and furnitures, with a very confy and art deco style living room with many ambiance light, a modern and fully equiped kitchen and a spacious and confortable bedroom with a walking closet. You will be charmed by this cosy apartment with an independent entrance to feel at home. The view on the garden and the valley will charm you and are a real freshness asset close to paris. The atmosphere of the living room is very restful and will help you to have a break. Located 7min walk from the Orsay city RER B station, in a very quiet area while being close to the shops of the city center (5min walk). The apartment is located 5min walk from the University.

Treehouse

Wooden cabin suspended from trees 4 m high on the edge of a wood. It swings slightly with the wind, which causes creaking. The cabin includes almost all the desired comforts: shower room, fitted kitchen, living room, bed area and auxiliary heating. Atypical accommodation accessible by a spiral staircase with garden, table and children's play area. Great for walks or relaxing with the family. Breakfast is available at an additional cost (upon request).

Small chalet-studio (20 m2) located on our welcoming and well-equipped land. You will enjoy the calm and nature a stone's throw from Paris and Versailles. You will have a private outdoor space. Located on the Véloscénie route, bike shelters and repair kit available. less than 10 minutes' walk to RER C Igny station. Close to the main roads: access A10, A6, N118. Bed linen and bath towels are included in the rental as well as cleaning.
