This was our second stay at the wonderful "Ermele’s Green House." I would like to highlight that the owner of the house, Fabrizia, is also our dear and beloved friend, the best host you could ever meet. She fills the house with warmth and love, she is always improving it, and is capable of giving you the best memories related to your stay in Italy, in Piedmont! Here, you will always feel at home, also the level of cleanliness and hospitality will match that of a five-star hotel! A must-visit AIRBNB! La vogliamo bene nostra cara Fabrizia!

Manuela immediately made us feel at ease by welcoming us to her lake view house, in a quiet and quiet area, with a large outdoor space in which to run and play our dog. Very nice and warm house, equipped with all the comforts and close to the main attractions of Lake Orta.

Grazie Marco for an exceptional stay in Orta San Giulio! This was one of the best experiences (from Airbnb or even hotels) we’ve had. Marco was incredibly responsive and communicative, and very kind. He picked us up from Malpensa airport, and even drove us to Milano after our stay. We were travelling with our toddler and Marco very kindly coordinated with the child car seat rental provider to have the seat ready for us. The apartment is in a quiet area that is super close to the piazza. Upon arrival, Marco provided water, local beers, and local biscuits that were delicious. The apartment was incredibly clean, tidy, and nicely decorated. The kitchen was equipped with everything you might need, and the coffee was great! Details like the lovely bath products and slippers, really made our stay stand out, as well as Marco’s hospitality. We would absolutely recommend Marco’s place for your stay in Orta. We would love to come back and stay in Marco’s other property! Grazie mille!

It’s a lovely place. Quiet but some nice places to visit and some great local restaurants nearby. The children loved the swimming pool. The nature is stunning. Thanks for the lovely stay

It was a great stay. The apartment is divided in two so there are two bathrooms and common areas where you can stay. It was pleasantly quiet and the lake overlooking the island can be reached in 10 minutes by car. There's a three-seat canoe that you can rent, it's a must!

A great place to relax, beautifull view, very large garden and a very nice host. the place is small but has everything you might need! We will be happy to stay there again. great for those who are looking for a private place in a nature thank you Albrto!

spacious, modern apartment. quiet neighborhood. communication with the host went smoothly. clear instructions for casting. inside was everything we needed. also recommendations and referrals directly from the host are always an added bonus.

We stayed a couple of days and two friends, the very nice and helpful host helped us with clear directions and made us feel like we were at home. In general, it's a little bit in the middle of nowhere but a 10-minute drive from various lakes and attractive areas.

We had a great time at Chantal's place. We were very well received by Giuliano who explained everything to us. The apartment was really very clean and in all rooms, as described. It lacks nothing and is really comfortable. The bedding is impeccable. You have to have in mind that it goes up a little to get there but it is nothing insurmountable, even with a suitcase and children, especially since there is an elevator in the residence. You can't get enough of the incredible view of the lake

A super friendly host awaits you. There is more to the apartment than we expected. In addition to a sparkling clean apartment with comfortable beds, a very well-equipped kitchen ( without dishwasher which is also not necessary for us), 2 bathrooms each with toilet, a beautiful covered terrace and fast internet, there is also everything for breakfast and that at no additional cost. In the fridge also various juices and water. Everything fits here. We will be happy to come back as soon as we are in the area.

Mirella was always helpful and attentive, the house is beautiful and was as described in the requirements. The place is lovely and the lake view leaves you breathless. A paradise, in a great location, surrounded by every type of comfort. I recommend it

A great place to stay high above Lake Maggiore. Fantastic lake view. Spacious and generous. We wanted don't even leave the terrace, we liked it there so much. The very fine pool provides cooling in between. Everything is super well maintained and very tastefully furnished. Paola is a wonderful hostess, always approachable, super nice and friendly. She provided us with tips for the best restaurants and even reserved it for us. We had a fabulous time and would keep coming back.

we were in Omegna for the Trail race. The house was 5 minutes from the start/finish of the race, with parking in front of the house. Super!!

The condo is located about ten minutes drive up the mountain from Stresa. For us (family of four; kids ages: 9 and 13), this was the perfect distance. It is more peaceful in Levo and cooler because of the added elevation. The space itself was very practical, comfortable and convenient. The view from the balcony is absolutely spectacular. Michela is a terrific host! She was very easy to communicate with (we speak English) and really helpful and accomodating. She also gave really good restaurant recommendations.

Danielle's place was very modern with all the amenities and a beautiful view overlooking the lake and mountains. Would definitely return in the future

We met Andrea and his lovely wife during our check in and departure. They were very accommodating as we booked an hour before arrival! We were given excellent recommendations for local restaurants and the food was delicious! The city center of Stresa is a beautiful town…we happened to be there for the Stresa FireDept Fair!

Katia is an available and charming host. The apartment is romantic and everything is done to make visitors feel comfortable, special mention for the view and the spa. We will come back without hesitation 😊

DO book this apartment if you like real Italian village surroundings. DO book this if you enjoy a wine on a balcony overlooking the local Piazza (local square) and look out to the mountains as well. DO book here if you like to walk 1 minute to the edge of beautiful Lake Maggiore and the ferries. DO book here if you like to have about 30 eateries all within 1 minute. There’s no downsides that we can think of.

Luciana is a great hostess. We felt very comfortable and were very warmly received by Luciana's parents. Our children were also very and there was everything you need for babies/children! The property is clean, spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped. We lacked nothing. In a few minutes, you are at the lake and many excursion destinations are easy and quick to reach. Thanks for the great week!
