The cottage is fully equipped, living room with a corner sofa (with a sleeping function), kitchenette equipped with a hot plate, microwave, toaster, plates, glasses, cutlery. Bedroom upstairs (1x double bed 160x200, 2x single bed 90x200) In front of the cottage there is a large, covered terrace. The cottage is located in a quiet area, access by asphalt road, surrounded by forest.

The house offers privacy, free parking, a fully equipped kitchen, a children's corner and a fenced garden with a winter terrace. It is the perfect place for perfect relaxation. It is located only 10 km from the ski resort in Tatranska Lomnica.

Downstairs, the living room - a seating area with a comfortable sofa bed, a rocking chair, a TV and a large glass window overlooking the vineyards, the Dunajec valley and the mountains. The living room is connected to a fully equipped kitchenette. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms. There is also an area of 5 ha of fenced vineyard with a pond and a large barbecue gazebo.

The cottage is reached by an asphalt and concrete road - from the main road uphill for about 800 meters. The center is 3.5 km away by car.
