Apartment recently opened. All bedrooms have ocean views. Top floor of the building with an open balcony. Heating by radiant tile. The entrance of the house is a large garden. It has semi-covered quincho to have a BBQ overlooking the sea. The behind the house is a deck also overlooking the sea. Equipped all outside with garden furniture such as chairs and tables, sun loungers and hammock.

A colorful garden area is framed by vibrant red supports, with a mix of plants and rocks creating a natural landscape. A large yellow planter is visible, surrounded by green foliage, while pathways meander through the space, leading to various trees and shrubs.
