Beautiful studio, minimalist and simple, with an unbeatable location. You leave the apartment, walk a few meters and you're on the beach with an unbeatable view and a lot of peace and quiet. Plenty of comfort for the guest. Details that add a lot: The apartment is above an ice cream parlor, and with many restaurants just a few meters away. And they also leave you a set of lounge chairs and an umbrella inside the apartment to take to the beach, wonderful.

Location is incredible. 3-4 min walk to the beach, 15 to town, and an 45 to more secluded natural parks. The lady who checked us in was amazing. She even called us a cab when the uber didn’t work and came in to explain the oven setting. Although there is no A/C in the bedrooms, I felt the fans were powerful enough to suffice. Quiet at night and many shops close by. Hope to return soon!

The apartment was great, we stayed there for around 10 days with a friend, the location is perfect, great views from the apartment and a few blocks away from the center. A lot of restaurants, activities and shops around the place. The host Matias was super helpful, very responsive and give us very nice tips. We had a great time, I would definitely recommend the place and the host :).

We did spend an amazing and unforgettable time! Apartment is indeed beautiful, large, with incredible ocean view, big terrace, comfortable furniture and has all you need to relax! We enjoyed sunrises over the ocean and clean fresh air - nothing like inland…We initially planned to discover the surroundings like Valdes Penisula with its pristine nature and others, but we always wanted to come back to the apartment to enjoy it as much as we could. The location is ideal, it is 20 meters from the beach and 3 from downtown, and with many businesses of all kinds around. It has many dining options nearby and several stores.
