Our little guest house is perfect for a couple wishing to explore the local area. 5 minutes from Solihull, 10 minutes from the NEC and airport 15 minutes to Birmingham City Centre 20 minutes to Warwickshire 50 minutes to the Cotswolds There is a private entrance via a shared garden, a small kitchen and living room. A cosy bedroom with king-size bed and bathroom. There is also a sofa-bed suitable for little ones in the living room. Guests can use the courtyard to the side of the apartment.

Went to the NEC for the weekend and didn’t want to stay in a central hotel with my autistic son, this was an absolute gem of a find. We sat downstairs in the evening in our pjs, chatted to the hosts for a bit. Felt very much at home. Warm and welcoming hosts and if we ever go to the NEC again we will definitely return.
