Our stay at this amazing piece of architecture and home was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the thoughtful layout and impressive design. The space was vast and beautifully appointed, offering everything we could possibly need and more. The huge windows were a particular highlight, flooding the house with natural light and providing stunning views. Our daughter spent hours gazing out of them! The garden was another major plus, a true haven for our dog who had the time of his life. A special mention must go to Ester, the owners' friendly dog, who became a wonderful playmate. This house truly felt like a luxurious retreat, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a stylish, spacious, and pet-friendly getaway. The cottage was great, in beautiful gardens. We finally played tennis with the kids on the last day and it is sat in the most peaceful picturesque gardens. The holiday was about meeting up with family and all the young children; the cottage was perfect for what we wanted. Jill gave us great recommendations. We visited many of the places she told us about, the zoo, the castle and a few pubs to eat in. Overall great first visit to the Cotswolds. Thanks Mike.

Great few days at Bakery Cottage. The cottage is beautiful, very cosy and comfortable and the extra touches like snacks for us and our dog were really appreciated. There are some really lovely walks in the area, and it’s not far from some lovely pubs. Rachel gave us really helpful directions to find the property with ease and in the welcome pack there was some great information on the local area too.

Eva was a fantastic host - so friendly, communicative and very accommodating. We stayed in the property over Christmas - it was very spacious and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Eva made it feel so welcoming and homely for us. She left welcome treats for the children and the adults, and a manual with all the ‘need to know’ information. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with all the utensils we needed for our Christmas dinner! The property is superb and in the most beautiful location. We enjoyed many walks around the local countryside and enjoyed watching the wildlife in the back garden - deer, foxes, pheasants, squirrels, as well as the resident chickens! We had the perfect stay. Thank you so much to Eva and her family.

I can highly recommend Oakley cottage, it has the all the amenities even a milk frother but sadly no micro which we did miss. Anyhow the place was lovely and clean plenty of space for us all, 5 adults and our dogs. The bedrooms were spacious for a cottage and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen leads on to a pretty enclosed garden perfect for our pooches. Plenty of walks starting from the village, we did a different one every day. The local pub is super friendly as are all the locals we spoke too. A great time was had by all.

We have stayed at Melanie’s comfortable & well equipped lovely home many times and always have a great stay. It is in a peaceful setting but well placed for easy access to all restaurants & tourist attractions in Stratford-upon-Avon & surrounding area. Highly recommended.

A truely beautiful home , great location . Victoria was always on hand if we needed anything . Very approachable and friendly. An early family Christmas together and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to be .

Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

really enjoyed our stay in this tiny place. good to be aware there is no lounge area (inside though there is outside) - it is really small, and not much window! but it is very sweet and in the loveliest quiet spot beside a canal - so the walks etc were gorgeous and it was a good base. we had some issues early on but Heather was really responsive and helpful and someone came over and sorted us out quickly and with minimum fuss. For that reason I am giving 5 stars. They do seem to care about your comfort. Lovely quirky place for 2.

Nicky was a great host and the house was very clean, well kitted out and a lovely relaxing place to stay. My girls loved the tennis court and we would definitely visit again.

Our second time at this gorgeous old cottage. Felt at home. So peaceful and relaxing. Beautiful area with fantastic walks and pubs. Would highly recommend if you are looking to get away and want a traditional cottage to relax in.

We had a fantastic midweek break here as a base for visiting family in Northampton. Caravan was perfect for us very well equipped, comfy beds and spacious. Excellent hosts communicated throughout and thank you for the welcome hamper. Great location with loads of walks on site and surrounding. Would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay again.

The barn is beautiful and very well fitted out. Fabulous setting, absolutely stunning and super peaceful and quiet. The one bathroom was challenging at times with a party of adults but the rest of the barn is faultless and such a joy to stay in. The tennis court and other amenities were fabulous.

Really lovely cabin, well looked after and very clean. Host was very helpful and pleasant. As others have written, the cabin is located near the house and not quite in the middle of the woods as expected, but hosts fully respected privacy and we only saw them on arrival. Toilet is a little cramped but otherwise everything was perfect. A really lovely stay

Had a lovely 2 night stay, accommodation as described, clean and comfortable. Welcome pack (milk, butter, bread, porridge pots, fruit juice tea and coffee) much appreciated. Safe parking available. Good value for the money.

Lovely little house in a good location with good parking

Great location in a beautifully fitted out cabin. Perfect for a short 15mins walk to the Crawford Arms to watch some live music. Thanks very much Jack. We will definitely be visiting again.
