I stayed at Elizabeth's place for a short business trip. The instructions were clear and the place was nice, quiet, and tidy.

Barbara is such a warm and friendly hostess that you immediately feel well taken care of and welcome. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! This beautiful apartment is the perfect place if you have business in Biberach and the surrounding area or want to go on vacation. My wife and I will be happy to come back any time and definitely recommend this apartment!

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is in a peaceful area, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated with high-quality furniture. You can really feel the care that went into every detail. What impressed us most was how incredibly well-equipped it is from a shoehorn and umbrella to kitchen spices, and honestly, everything else you could possibly think of. Max and his family are great host, also it felt like a true home away from home. We recommend you to reserve this place!

Great place and host! The host drove me from the airport to the house, and even though he was on vacation abroad during most of my stay, was very responsive and able to arrange for anything I needed.

Great decor and amenities. The apartment was very clean. Check-in was very easy and the communication was great. Always happy to come back!

Our host was very friendly. Their house was central to the places we were visiting. Their neighborhood was just outside the town in a desirable neighborhood that felt safe and family friendly. My son was able to take a run in the neighborhood. We were able to do our shopping and eat out conveniently located nearby, but grateful we didn’t have to stay right inside the city but in a peaceful neighborhood. There was a lot of natural light and neat architectural and design features. I wish I had asked more of the history of the house. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of towels (which hasn’t been the case at all of our Airbnbs this trip), plenty of bedding. We had a full itinerary, but our only regret was not getting to know the sweet host family better.

We were invited to a wedding in Bad Schussenried and had 2 great relaxing days in Anna's apartment. The apartment is perfectly equipped and nothing was missing. The terrace was particularly beautiful. Should we be in Bad Schussenried again, we would certainly book here again. Thank you!

I spent a very nice week there. In summer it was always pleasantly temperature-technical and there was more than enough space. The location was beautiful and you have always had a quiet environment with very friendly reception despite the construction work.

We stayed there one night and it was all wonderful. Small apartment with everything you need and very clean!

Great place to stay, close to everything, can walk everywhere from there, tram/bus is two-three minutes away. We didn't use the sauna or spa, but they looked really nice. The parking garage is a very nice feature.

The vacation rental is quietly located in the basement and is pleasantly cool on hot summer days. We found the location to be very good, because supermarkets and bakeries are only 5 minutes away. The location is a very good starting point for excursions, such as to Friedrichshafen, Ravensburg, Lindau, etc. A reserved car parking space for guests is also available. The apartment is lovingly furnished (books, blankets, bath salts, etc.). Everything is clean and tidy. The kitchen is well equipped. As a family with a toddler, we didn't miss anything here. A terrace is also available and invites you to relax in the evening. We loved the flexible check-in and check-out with a key box. Ramona is a very nice and attentive hostess. Communication was always impeccable. Baby travel bed and high chair were provided to us on request. All around a nice and uncomplicated stay! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! The hosts were super warm, helpful and always available if we had any questions. The accommodation itself is very well maintained, very clean, modernly furnished and designed with a lot of love for detail, you immediately feel comfortable. The location is ideal. It is quiet and you can get to Lake Constance in 10 minutes by car. We especially enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, especially the jacuzzi was a real highlight! There we could relax undisturbed and watch the sunset in the evening, simply fantastic. We would come back anytime and can highly recommend the place!

It was a perfect vacation. Beautiful and cozy apartment upstairs. It was very clean. Parking is available right in front of the house. A small playground with a large playground is about a 10-minute walk away. Possibility for grocery shopping (Lidl,Aldi) about 500 m. By car in about 10-15 minutes in Ravensburg city center. Key handover very easy.

We had a very nice vacation. For four people, it is a bit cramped in the apartment, but that was foreseeable and we still decided to do it, especially in the summer you stay outside more than inside. The opportunity to sit outside and have your own seating was particularly nice. The host was a very nice and accommodating person. Thank you for the great vacation and the beautiful apartment.

The place was very spacious for two people, it has an amazing view of rhe Constance area & the lake from rooftop balcony which also has a hot tub-it was a great addition and we used it every day. The location is good and easy to access the main locations on foot, is about 20 mins walk to the lake so if this is a problem for you then maybe look to stay closer. The circular stairs to the upper level are tight but ok, just remember to watch your head as i am 6 foot plus and hit it a few times! The unit was fully equipped plus light & bright. The upstairs bedroom did get hot (in summer) but was ok, the bed is big and very comfortable. There was a wine fridge with drinks for purchase which was a nice touch. Overall the place was very much as described & as per the pictures, and the hosts were proactive and very responsive. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others
