With its spacious design, comfortable beds, and a quiet atmosphere, this 40m² apartment in downtown San Sebastián is ideal for families, professionals, and couples looking for a relaxed base to explore and enjoy the city. Located on the first floor of a romantic-style building with elevator, the apartment is located on Moraza Street. All the city's attractions are just a few steps away from the apartment: Buen Pastor Cathedral, Loyola Street and its shops, San Martin shopping mall, La Concha Beach, the Old Town, the metro station... Everything San Sebastián offers within a 5-minute walk. Completely renovated in 2018, the apartment has 1 double bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a large living room with sofa bed and a modern fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, washer and dryer, iron, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. A high chair and crib for babies are available. A car is not necessary, unless you are interested in taking excursions around the area (Zarauz, Getaria, San Juan de Luz...). There is 24-hour public parking 1 minute away at the driver's expense. My place is a wooden house built by local carpenters with local timber. We use 100% renewable energy and even the waste is off grid. Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. Our place is great for couples and families with kids! Come and unwind and connect with nature ! Sorry no pets :) Check out our other property- New Eco Lodge 2.

Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Nice little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and are happy to share it with you!
