The location is ideal, not far from Narbonne and its magnificent beaches, rich in tourist attractions and conducive to relaxation. The apartment is beautifully decorated and very tasteful, including breakfast staples, bed linen and towels provided, all with a lot of attention. In addition, you can park your car in the secure courtyard and enjoy the outdoor space under the lush lemon trees and the scent of jasmine. In addition, Sophie and Franck, our hosts, were very welcoming and attentive, taking care of us as soon as we arrived; Franck always made us feel comfortable and personalized the experience. Everything was really exactly as described :-) The accommodation is surrounded by nature and it is really very pleasant to have your first coffee on the terrace :-)

Very nice view, nice private pool and relaxing surroundings (the beach is very close to the apartment) and easy to park. For the apartment, identical to the photos: clean, equipped, various beds, very nice balcony, correct size for 4 people! And bonus point for the presence of the air conditioning (easy to turn on)! We really enjoyed our stay! And we would book again!

We came as a group of 4 with 2 small children and were pleasantly surprised by the very nice layout of this apartment which overlooks the port directly but in the quiet part. The beach is a 5-minute walk. A family beach that I recommend with children. The apartment has everything you need to have a good time. A superb Italian shower of beautiful volume and a patio with a shower for the feet full of sand (great idea) and a table for eating meals. Aline is very kind and super responsive and especially if she can, as far as possible, arrange your check-in and check-out times. Highly recommend this apartment. Don't hesitate to go.

An excellent welcome for my first rental on Airbnb, an impeccable and well-equipped apartment for one or two people as a couple, relatively quick access to downtown Montpellier by Tram 3, the terminus of which is less than 4 minutes from the apartment, a supermarket nearby, and charming and attentive owners, what more could you ask for? Welcome by Melanie, very pleasant and smiling. Very well located apartment, with sea view as advertised, clean, complete, modern and functional equipment. Garage on the same level as the apartment, facilitating the transfer of luggage. The only drawback was the narrowness of the garage for our vehicle.

A small cocoon on the ground floor of a beautiful house of character, nestled in the lovely village of Peyriac-sur-Mer. The place has character, calm reigns. The hosts are charming, welcoming. The village is relaxing, with stunning picturesque walks on the pontoons above the pond. Address to recommend without hesitation to discover the village and its surroundings!

Nice place, is little small, but it was announced, it has its own tennis court which for us was fantastic, and Veronique is amazing always ready to answer any question.

Duplex apartment not very large but really very well equipped and nicely decorated. Everything is well thought out even for babies. The covered terrace was well appreciated as there was a lot of wind. In May it was quiet but probably noisier in the summer with the pool and aqualand. Beach and many shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Everything went very well, from my arrival to my departure. Clear instructions, accommodation matches the photos and description. Private parking just downstairs. Close to everything. Very pleasant and responsive host, thank you so much for your kindness! I would highly recommend it!

We were 3 couples and 5 children and we still had room to accommodate more people. The house is really big. The kitchen overlooking the terrace has everything you need. The game room is great. Even with the good weather we enjoyed it in the shade but in rainy weather it's great with the kids. Lots of toys. The house is really beautiful, like a green oasis in Capestang. Surprising to find so much calm and space in a village center.

Lidewij was an amazing host, very responsive and friendly. The house and surroundings were spectacular and we couldn’t have asked for more from our holiday. It worked perfectly for two families with children aged 6-9. Loads of space, the pool was fantastic and the animals provided a lot of entertainment. A very relaxing space for adults in a beautiful setting. Thanks again for a fabulous holiday.

I would highly recommend staying with Gaëlle and her spouse because I had a great stay. Not only was everything as advertised: the accommodation is clean, tidy, very peaceful and pleasant; but on top of that, they were both extremely friendly, kind and considerate. I can only advise you to go there if you want a relaxing and rejuvenating environment and for my part, I will not hesitate to come back if the opportunity arises again!
