Whenever you need me, I can be there in 5 minutes and I will be happy to give you local advice and suggestions.

Kalkan villa on the beach w/Infinity Pool - US

Our place is front row to Kalamar beach within 50-meter walking distance to the sea. The house is 1 kilometer from Kalkan center which has great restaurants and nightlife. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). All the rooms have air conditioning and also the windows have screens. Both bathrooms have showers. The villa has a fully stocked kitchen with a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, and silverware/plates.

Well-maintained two-story duplex home with a wonderful mountain view. 5 min walk from the beach. Easy access to the city center and shopping 1200m. Everything is within walking distance. Fully furnished and equipped for a long-term stay, but we don't have an oven or dishwasher. An on-site manager is available for any needs.

The villa is beautiful and spacious, there were 7 of us and it never felt crowded. The view and the privacy are unbeatable. Everyone managing the villa was very responsive and friendly. It was truly one of a kind experience to all of us that we’ll never forget. On a side note the villa would benefit from a little touch up, cause a lot of things are deteriorating. Some of the pots and pans were so smelly that we had to keep them outside for our stay. Also we noticed some nasty smell from one of the ACs on the lower lever of the house so we opted to not turn it on.

Sait's Villa Kitanik is a really great place! Above all, we really enjoyed the location, the view and the amenities. Sait was always easy to reach, responded quickly and gave us recommendations for the area. In my opinion, a rental car is a great advantage (especially because the house is on a slope!) and you can better explore the recommendations. We thank Sait very much and would be happy to come back! (P.S.: there are many cats in the area, so it is an advantage if you are a cat lover)

It was a luxurious experience. First of all, our host greeted us warmly and helped us with everything.❤️❤️❤️ We felt as comfortable as we felt at home. Great panoramic views, sea views from the pool and lush nature view were nice . Everything is beautiful and very clean as in the same picture. The sheets and linens were spotless and white. All the electronic equipment worked smoothly. It was clean, modern and had everything you needed. Since we have a small vehicle, the location is convenient, it takes less than 10 minutes to get to the city center. A bonus, the supermarket and pizza/pide restaurant around the corner were 2 minutes from the walk. There are also beautiful beaches 10 minutes away by car. These beaches made our stay wonderful. A villa with all the value of the amount paid.

Mr. Gökhan welcomed us very well, gave us complete information about the location of the house about the attractions about the places to eat around, the house was immaculate and interesting when we arrived. The house had everything that was supposed to be in the kitchen and even more, it was a very conservative villa in terms of location. On the way to the villa, the villa seemed to be from a distance, we wished it was the place to stay, which is the clearest villa that attracts attention. The pool is very pleasant, the jacuzzi is very comfortable. The bed & furniture set is extremely comfortable and selected. The white goods are very high quality and the refrigerator is too big for long use. The island in the middle of the pool is more than nice for breakfast and dinner. Pool maintenance is notified and requested and the calendar is made to the calendar. We also thank you for the treats. We are very satisfied with both the house and Mr. Gökhan.
