Alles wat je nodig hebt, vind je letterlijk in de straat: winkels, restaurants, supermarkt (tegenover het appartement), goede sfeer, gezellige mensen, vermaak en openbaar vervoer. 'Tiny house' has all the amenities for an independent stay. Common areas: 'garden room with lounge + minibar', beautiful garden and sitting area with fire pit and BBQ.

Deze accommodatie is een uitbouw die vastzit aan onze eigen woning. De uitbouw is gescheiden door een deur die op slot is. Wij wonen zelf aan de andere kant van de deur. Het verblijf heeft een eigen voordeur, modern toilet, aparte badkamer, halletje en een ruime kamer met een twijfelaarbed (140 cm), tafel en veel licht door de ramen en lichtkoepel. Centraal gelegen ten opzichte van station Wijchen, bushalte, supermarkt en centrum met diverse horeca (allemaal max. 10 minuten lopen).

Midden in Nijmegen bevindt zich deze zelfstandige net gerenoveerde ruimte met aparte keuken. De auto parkeer je gratis voor de deur en met de fietsen op de oprit fiets je binnen 10 minuten naar het centrum van Nijmegen. Het bed is van Deense makelij, maar door Japanse stijl geïnspireerd: laag bij de grond en clean. Samen met het Emma Hybred II matras ga je een goed ondersteunde nacht in. Je slaapt onder een 240x220 dekbed. Verwarmen gebeurt met de airco in de woonkamer.

The studio is located in the quiet Brakkenstein district, surrounded by beautiful nature and forests, just a 5-minute walk from the university (Radboud Nijmegen) and close to the center. Nice for couples to explore Nijmegen for a few days! This unique design loft is located in the centre of Nijmegen. Two minutes walk from Central Station in a quiet neighbourhood. Nice bars, coffee bars, stores and restaurants within walking distance. You sleep in a comfortable Auping bed and furniture is top class design. By car? No problem. In front is a free private parking place.

Gezellig, sfeervol, licht nieuw huis vlakbij station (5 min lopen) en centrum (10 min lopen) in een rustig wijkje. Je kunt van de hele woning gebruik maken, genieten van de zonnige tuin op het zuiden en van de mooie omgeving van Nijmegen. (Ideaal voor gezinnen, pensionado's, wandelaars, fietsers, etc. Actieve mensen zijn welkom, geen feestgangers.)

Studio Wolk

The studio is near our University, the city centre and the train station. Also near forest, and nature around the Waal river. The studio is located in a nice old house, with steep stairs. part of a protected cityscape of Nijmegen. It's very cosy and has a comfortable bed. My studio is best suited for couples and solo-adventurers.
