Two bedrooms are available in the house; for 5 or more people, there is a 3rd bedroom (or by mutual agreement). Fully equipped kitchen and cozy covered patio for enjoying the outdoors, even in less favorable weather.

The recently renovated apartment is located in the cozy Bottendaal neighborhood with terraces and cafes in abundance. It is within walking distance of the central station, city center and Radboud University and hospital. Parking is also no problem. The street is quiet and green. In the apartment, you will find all kinds of appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and microwave. The apartment has its own entrance and balcony.

Supermarkets and shops are close by, as well as a bus stop (to Nijmegen). There are 2 bicycles available. There are several playgrounds in the area for kids. Are you a single, couple or family who appreciate our place as much as we do, while we are temporarily away? A warm welcome!

The house is full of comforts and offers views of the water. With no less than five terraces, including two cozy verandas, one with a wood-burning stove, there is always a place to relax. The bathroom has a lovely rain shower. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed. On the first floor is a double bed in a separate open space. The large lawn is perfect for a game of soccer or badminton!
