Vacation rentals with a patio in Betws Garmon

We’ve just had a wonderful stay at The Swell. As a regular visitor by day to Rhosneigr, we decided to base ourselves there this time, and what a good decision we made. The accommodation was perfectly located, close to local amenities, cafes, restaurants, and most importantly the beautiful beaches. The accommodation had everything we needed, and we enjoyed early morning coffees on the decking, playing cards in the dining area and watching TV after a busy day visiting the island. We would recommend and would definitely stay at The Swell again!

Booking and communication at short notice was very good and locating the property and check in was easy. The allocated parking bay is clearly marked and close to the entry door - the high street and Ffestiniog Railway Station a two-minute drive away. Once inside, I found a light, clean, comfortable and attractive interior with good quality furnishings. Comfortable double bed and peaceful at night. Lounge with large comfy settee next to patio doors with a great view of the harbour. Good sized TV and reliable Wi-Fi. I enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evening sunshine. Open plan kitchen next to lounge is well equipped. Three supermarkets locally or lots of restaurants if you don’t want to cook. From here I visited some great locations including Anglesey, beaches on Llyn Peninsula, Snowdon Railway, Ffestiniog Railway, Portmeirion, Barmouth and Porthmadog itself. I had a great time at this accommodation, a perfect base for exploring Snowdonia and I would happily stay here again.

This is the second time we have stayed. I have to say it is one of our favourite Airbnb. The location is fantastic- just a 15 minute walk over parkland into the town. The property is beautiful- very clean , beautifully furnished, very private and quiet. We couldn’t wish for more.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The highlight was definitely the Hot tub – it was excellent and could easily fit four people comfortably. It was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was smooth. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay here, it’s a gorgeous studio. Loads of useful things provided in the studio and a lovely welcome pack with cake, snacks and breakfast items. Jane was amazing, so lovely and gave loads of local recommendations. Would definitely stay again!!

Maria's apartment was absolutely amazing. First of all the location was fantastic and very easy to find. The actual apartment was as listed, a very well kept spacious apartment over looking a beautiful setting of a church grounds. Best of all though with this apartment was Maria and the staff at the pub. Absolutely brilliant amazing hosts, felt like we had known them ages, made us feel very welcomed and the restaurant food was outstanding. Cannot recommend this apartment, the stag inn and the village life highly enough. will be revisiting in the future.

One of the best and nicest Airbnb’s I ever visited. The house is large and nicely decorated. Walking distance to the center of the town is doable. Friendly owner that reacted quickly. I would recommend this Airbnb for sure!

I had an amazing experience during my stay. The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. The location was perfect — close to local attractions and convenient for getting around. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Looking forward to coming back!

Our stay was just what we needed. We loved the fact that everything was exceptionally clean. It was lovely to sit outdoors. Simon was very helpful and we knew we could contact him if needed. He was very approachable. Ideal location too.

Lovely little cottage, we had a lovely stay here! Had everything we needed - even the washing up items and condiments which we had forgotten. Nice area and close to Snowdon. We would definitely come back! The only thing that we could suggest would be to have a summer duvet option for the warmer weather!

The cottage was in an ideal place for the snowdon mountain railway and Llanberis railway which were just around the corner, and was a short stroll into the village. The path for walkers up the mountain was also just up the road. The cottage was clean and there was everything you needed to make your stay comfortable. Karen kept in touch, and we knew we could reach her if we needed to. All in all we had a wonderful few days in Llanberis.

The directions and check in were seamless. The house was huge and we enjoyed the conservatory for the sun. The memory foam mattress was very comfy and we loved the sofa and huge tv with netflix and Amazon Prime. Simon was very responsive and made local recommendations for us. Thankyou Simon.

Clara’s home was spotlessly clean, well maintained, exactly as described/pictured and free of any clutter. Easy to find and so close to explore Snowdonia and beyond. Enjoyed my stay, would stay again and Clara was a great host. Thanks.

Enjoyed a lovely couple of days with the dogs. Exactly as described, lovely and cozy for relaxing with a big field for the dogs to play in. Karen left some recommendations for local walks or places to go. We braved the weather and took the dogs to the Llyn Cwm Dulyn, a beautiful Lake (even with the rain)! Overall it's a great little getaway, a nice touch to leave a bottle of wine ready for us on arrival. Would recommend and would stay again in the future.

A lovely house in a quiet neighbourhood , only a few minutes walk to the beach with a beach bar en route. incredible scenery and walks all around you with great access to Snowdonia , and the beautiful towns and beaches in this beautiful part of Wales

We were extremely happy with the accommodation clean and well presented. Geoffrey’s response was very quick as we had a little blip with the Wifi. It was up and running before I had unpacked within the hour. communication with him was brilliant thanks Geoff. We will be seeing you again soon.

Alyson is a friendly and helpful host. We really enjoyed our stay in her lovely apartment. It is so convenient for shops, restraunts, train station and seafront, all are in easy walking distance. Gated parking for added security.

Another return stay at Rosemary s and as always exceptionally clean, everything you need in this little gem of a place in Llangollen, in the center, perfect to explore the local area, rosemary s very accessable if needed. Will back soon rosemary thanks again.

Had an absolutely incredible stay at Heidi's property and would be sat here writing this review forever if I was to list all of the amazing things that made this property one of the best I have ever stayed in. Immediately upon arriving we were greeted with a folder that had recommendations and information about the local area, such a small gesture goes a long way in making guests feel at home straight away. The view from nearly every window in the property is the best view I have seen in a long time and myself and the other guests had to stop ourselves from sitting Infront of the window all day otherwise we would never have gone out. The property was spotless, spacious and had everything you could ever need. It made such a good base to explore the local area as it was only a 5/10 minute walk from the harbour/main beach. Thanks for an incredible stay Heidi, we've all made memories to last a lifetime.

Lovely little studio within walking distance of the village. We got a nice Thai takeaway . Comfy bed and cozy sitting area. Everything was spotlessly clean. The studio is a 15/20 minute drive from so many places and excellent value for money. Paula got back to us super quickly as we were running late on the day of arrival. We would stay again if wanting to visit Harlech or Portmerrion. Thanks Paula

The flat is beautiful and clean and comfortable. The shower is the best shower I have ever used in my life. The bed was really comfortable and all the rooms were very airy and bright. The property was very well thought out with lovely gestures like salt and pepper, cleaning products and treats for dogs - my partner forgot his beloved coffee but thankfully Jennifer had kindly supplied some. The garden space is very pretty and relaxing. Parking right outside was very helpful and the whole place just feels very safe. The area itself is lovely and peaceful, with the sounds of birds (and gibbons) outside. There's a nice woodland walk just metres from the property and it's about 15 minutes walk from the shops and pubs and the sea front and also on the same road as the brilliant Welsh Mountain Zoo. It was helpful to just leave our car there and walk where we needed to go and catch a bus to Llandudno for the day. Jennifer kindly checked in to check everything was okay, great host thank you

Fantastic location with great views. The apartment was extremely spacious and had everything you could need. Patrick, the host, was excellent with any queries. I would highly recommend.
