It has been converted into a cosy self-catering cottage whilst retaining the original stone fireplace and slate hearth. It is now an open-plan space,compact and practical, with bathroom, kitchen, log burner,TV and Wi-Fi. Outdoors there is an enclosed space,slate patio,seating,fantastic views and private parking. Rural,peaceful and unique - a great base for exploring Snowdonia,Anglesey and Lleyn.

The quiet side of Snowdon. Bryn Derwen is close (2 miles & 3 miles respectively) to the start of the Snowdon Ranger & Rhyd Ddu paths to the summit - without the crowds! Bryn Derwen is a self catering, mid terraced cottage, between Caernarfon and Beddgelert in the Snowdonia National Park. It is spacious with dining/kitchen & pantry, south facing sitting room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. The gardens front & back, offer superb views of river & mountains and the Welsh Highland Railway.

No 1 Castle Flat is a spacious luxury apartment right on the high street in Llanberis. It has been renovated to a high standard, is well insulated and warm. The living room has an electric fire and the flat has gas central heating. There is a dedicated parking space for 1 car. The apartment is in an old Georgian building and has lovely high ceilings and tall windows. The lake is a 2 minute walk away and all the amenities Llanberis has to offer is right on your doorstep.

Included is an initial supply of kindling, paper and logs. The Cwellyn Arms pub is just a few steps away.
