Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Betim

The place is very large and has several large spaces. The gourmet area is very complete and the pool is warm. Check-in was super easy to do. We just thought it was strange because we had booked the place and paid the amount that was on Airbnb in advance, then the next day the host canceled the stay and contacted us saying that he was having a readjustment in the amounts and we would have to pay more.

The house has a very good structure, well-equipped house to receive, with colchoes and extra beds. Kitchen with a great variety of utensils. The host offers games, and some conveniences such as spices, salt, sugar. The garden is well cared for. Sefunda our group's stay in the house. What would make the house even more perfect would be air conditioning in the bedrooms, as we were in times of a lot of heat.

It is already 2x that my family and I stayed at this Airbnb and once again it was wonderful the time we spent at Jaci's house. Just as in a common home, unforeseen events happened and the Jaci promptly assisted us within his possibilities. All very nice and nice, thank you for hosting us again. See you.

Geraldo and his wife are great hosts! We were very welcomed and Geraldo was there for anything we needed! The pool and the view of the city is stunning! His house is situated on the best neighborhood of Belo Horizonte…. My daughter even came up with the name “belorihills”. We had a wonderful time and we would definitely come back next time we are in Brazil!

They were days of great peace and tranquility in this house. We were myself, my husband, our baby daughter and our little dog! The space was quiet, all surrounded and very safe. Our puppy loved the lake, if she could, she would be swimming all day. Our daughter liked the green area and the hydro. Very good house to disconnect from city life and enjoy doing nothing! ESPLENDOROSA, I have no other word for this house... Rodrigo and Sirlene were incredible hosts from the first message before booking, Sirlene's care and affection for us was to take off the hat. Getting there the house was incredibly clean, smelling and organized. Clean and heated pool, the whirlpool is wonderful to relax and the projector has made the night even more amazing. The house has everything we need and I created wonderful memories. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

The accommodations are very good, and the atmosphere is very cozy and quiet. The photos correspond to the environment, in addition to being possible to work from home, the internet worked very well. One single issue was that a neighbor turned on the brushcutter on Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., not in keeping with the proposal of the environment, which is to rest and enjoy nature. I know it's not the owner's fault, but I think it's worth leaving it registered so that in cases of future events, there can be communication to understand the situation. I appreciate the answers and guidance given. I'd come back again.

The weekend in the apartment was excellent, super equipped, clean and with everything you need nearby! Alana is a sweetheart, super nice, flexible person. When I return to Belo Horizonte, I will definitely rent it again!!

My stay at Kamila's apartment was excellent. The location of the building was great to take advantage of the best of the Belo Horizonte Carnival and the best of the city center without relying on transport apps during the three weeks we stayed there. It is possible to walk to several of the main Carnival blocks and sights of the center. There are also several markets, bakeries, pharmacies and restaurants right next to the building. The pool was cleaned weekly, always on times and days combined with Kamila's contact. The apartment is well maintained and we can use all the amenities listed on the listing without any problem. It also has excellent air exchange with the outside and has not been muffled at any time, even during the hottest days of the year (so far) that occurred while we were staying there. Quiet, clean and well-organized building. Very polite and caring porters. Kamila's apartment is already at the top of our list when we return to BH.

The Thiago apartment is amazing! Great location, in the heart of the beautiful Savassi district, with great bars, restaurants and the Praça da Liberdade. The apartment was very clean, bed linens and smells. The kitchen is complete and the condominium also has a swimming pool, laundry, parking and grocery store. Super recommend ! Thiago was a great host.
