Large and comfortable apartment with 2 bedrooms, located in the traditional and historic Arcângelo Maletta Building in the best point of the Center of Belo Horizonte. The space has large and comfortable rooms, living room, bathroom and kitchen with American-style countertop equipped with microwave, refrigerator and utensils (pots, glasses, cutlery), finely decorated, clear and airy. The guest also has linen and towels. Easy access to all the neighborhoods of the city and close to the main sights and landmarks of the capital, bus stop to all areas of the city and taxi stop at the door of the building, in addition to Uber. My family used to live in this house in the '60s. They moved just after I was born. Now that I own the place I decided to recreate what I remember from my childhood. Some of the furniture is original: the beds from the singles room, the dinner table, the sewing machine. I've also included some modern equipment: the mattresses, a SmarTV, an espresso machine. The house is in a neighborhood just a few minutes from downtown. However, it has an atmosphere from a Brazilian city from the '50s.

3 bedroom apartment, comfortable, brand new furniture. Very well located in a nice neighbourhood, 15 minutes to Mineirão, near restaurants, drugstore, bakery and market. Fully equipped, with Wi-Fi and cable TV. Egyptian cotton towels and 300-thread count bed sheets are provided. Full kitchen, with pots, plates, glasses, cutlery. The double mattress was recently replaced by a new one, the sofa has been renovated.
