Vacation rentals with lake access in Betim

Our stay was great. Checkin was flexible and we arrived in the morning. The place has a lot of privacy (loft orchids) front to the forest. The internet and tv worked perfectly. Clean and smelling bed and bath linens. We had a single problem with the gas that ended up on our first day of hosting and the spa water didn't warm for it. but it was reset early the next day. The site is easy to access, good road. We really like the place. I recommend it.

Very nice house, quiet and well-located neighborhood.

Leonardo is a great host! The house surprised us positively, as it is much wider than in the pictures and has excellent natural lighting. The kitchen has several utensils, the bathrooms are large, the beds are comfortable and everything was clean. The house gets a lot of sun during the day, which makes it warmer; however, the rooms have sliding doors that can be opened to the forest, refreshing the environment. Leonardo is an excellent host, always available to answer questions and offer us suggestions about the condominium and restaurants in the region. I strongly recommend the waterfalls of Braúnas and Pastinho, in addition to the walks on the lake, sorry I did not have time to do the trails.

We spent the Easter holiday as a family and we simply loved the house! Beautiful, comfortable and very well-equipped house, with everything we needed and even more. The pool is great, it was the part we enjoyed the most, the rooms have air-conditioning, and the barbecue space is super nice. All very clean, organized and well-maintained. Ricardo and his wife, Rita, were excellent from the start! They gave us all the instructions very clearly, always responding quickly and politely. It made all the difference to make the experience even more pleasant. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it!

--- We spent 4 incredible days at this charming place in Brumadinho. From the first contact, Luana was super friendly, answered everything very quickly and attentively, which has already made us very quiet. Arriving there, we were greeted with great affection by Beth, her mother, who is a wonderful and super attentive person! The place is impeccable: everything very clean, organized and comfortable. Bed linens were smelly and of excellent quality, and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. The space is perfect for relaxing, enjoying nature and still providing fun for the children — they loved the lake with the possibility of fishing! It was days of rest, connection and lightness. I recommend with my eyes closed and we definitely want to go back!

Alexandre was sensational from the start in the negotiations. Very cordial and helpful, he answered all our questions before we closed the reservation. The place met our expectations exactly and proved to be versatile, safe and very welcoming. Definitely a great choice!

Everything was great! Pedro was very attentive throughout the process. The place is very nice and quiet. The highlight was the kitchen, large and well-equipped, a delight to cook and enjoy family at the same time.

Great accommodation

I took a group to test and the place was ideal for them to rest. It had everything that was announced, the group liked the location, even went for a walk, and the host answered us very well, very friendly, being solicitous to our requests.

Great local, Ana was super attentive and helpful! It would come back easily. The only addendum that I think is valid to do is that the room is VERY hot 😅 but other than that, all perfect!

All according to the agreement, Cibele is very kind and attentive. The comfortable and well equiped apartment.

Excellent stay! We had quick and easy access, the residential area is very peaceful and quiet. Maurício's apartment is very cozy, making us feel comfortable and at home. Everything is clean and organized and the kitchen is complete. Maurício maintained quick communication with our group and helped us with what we needed. We chose the accommodation for its proximity to Pampulha and everything went well. We are very grateful!

Amazing Stay, the house is actually much bigger than what the photos shows, great for entertaining, surrounded by nature and the jacuzzi area was just perfect. This was a last minute reservation and the hosts were very accommodating, the place is also pet friendly our dog stayed with us and he could play on the fenced in yard safely, I highly recommend Ellen's place!

Wonderful stay! The Caetano house is beautiful, sophisticated, the pool is an air-conditioned delight, everything working perfectly! We miss absolutely nothing! Breno from the first very kind contact, assisting in everything! We were greeted by Breno and his parents who are amazing people! My family and I love every detail, left a taste of wanting more! All clean and organized! What a delight! We hope to return soon, a beautiful, blessed house!

The stay at Sítio Rio Manso was wonderful! All the guests and I loved it. The place, as already mentioned in other reviews, is even more beautiful than in the photos. The chalets are super comfortable; the dining areas are very well equipped and everything is very clean. Sonia, the hostess, is great and always responds very quickly. It's really worth it and I hope to be able to return!

Our stay was our stay. The house is very structured, the place is beautiful and the hosts are very kind. We'll be back more often.

The family was complete, including the 3 canines that simply loved the place. The site is very nice, quiet, beautiful. The land is well wooded and with many flowers, and still has several animals such as ducks, geese, peacocks, roos and chickens, angolas. The lawn is packed with canarinhos da terra, rolhas.. and it is still possible to see other birds such as toucanos, jacus, it is a very pleasant place. The house is simple but very clean and very comfortable. Very good barbecue area and swimming pool, all well organized... The homemade Teca is great and provides you with all the necessary guidelines. It's well worth it! we'll come back more often, for sure

We were made to feel very welcome by Marcelo and Ludmila. The outer space is even bigger than what appears from the pictures, we went with our pets (small dogs) and it was great to see them enjoying the space. We take advantage of the swimming pool, hydro, sauna and barbecue grill. The internet has remained quite stable throughout our stay. The space is surrounded by a lot of nature, I observed several different birds. A very positive point that I did not see described was about the bathrooms: the house has several bathrooms, they are spacious, some with electric heating and others with solar heating.

Very nice and beautiful Sitio, organized, has all the kitchen utensils and barbecue grill. Jean always responded quickly and Antônio welcomed us very well.

My stay was just amazing! The place is wonderful, super cozy and made me feel right at home from the first moment. Everything was impeccable, very well cared for and exactly like in the pictures. Without a doubt, I intend to go back again. I recommend it with my eyes closed!
