Beachfront vacation rentals in Bethune Beach

We had such a great time here! It was a perfect walking distance from the beach and such a pretty house!

We had an awesome time at the Salty Pelican Beach House. Anne Marie answered every question I threw her way, even before I hit “book.” After I reserved, she sent a super helpful guide to the house and to New Smyrna, and she even let us check out late. The place looks exactly like the photos. The living room and kitchen are wide-open and roomy, with plenty of seats for our crew of five people. The kitchen has everything: Ninja blender, air fryer toaster oven, tons of plates, cups, and utensils. Outside there’s a nice fire pit area, though we didn’t hang there much. Best part? The beach is about a five-minute walk. We loved staying at the Salty Pelican and I’d book it again in a heartbeat.

Kimbra's place was wonderful from start to finish. Location was wonderful. House was very clean. Close to beach and grocery store and restaurants were close. Area was peaceful and quiet. Neighbors were friendly. Communication was great with quick response. Will definitely return.

We had a lovely two weeks in this condo! It was easy to find, check in to, and park. The condo and views look just like the photos. The building is older, but the condo was clean and bright and had plenty of room for four adults. The view of the ocean and beach is amazing and the pool is really nice. The unit has a great kitchen, nice showers, a full size washer and dryer, and a big table. The check out procedure was super easy! We would definitely go back and recommend this place.

Cute little house right next to the beach. Walking distance to local restaurants and shops. House is a bit older but cozy and charming. About a mile from Flagler entrance ramp. Quiet neighborhood even though close to local bars you do not hear the night life. Will was very responsive. Would stay again.

Sharon was very communicative from start to finish! She always went the extra mile to make sure my stay was perfect. The condo is fully furnished with lots of extra touches to make you feel at home. So very clean and comfortable. I can’t wait to go back. You won’t be disappointed! Thank you Sharon for making my stay so enjoyable.

Lisa's place was just beautiful! The condo was very clean, had great amenities, it was close to everything and was walkable to the ocean. We went to the pools every day and they were clean and well equipped. We will definitely be back. Thank you Lisa. ❤️

Matt’s place was very nice and clean with everything needed for a more then adequate vacation. Wished I could of stayed longer, But will definitely be back.

My husband and I had yet another wonderful 2 week stay in Michelle’s condo at the Pelican. The condo has everything we needed for our stay here and we absolutely love the beautiful view of the ocean(my happy place!) that you can see whether relaxing on the private balcony or sitting inside the open concept living space. The condo is situated in a perfect location. Flagler Avenue( lots of good restaurants and shops) is within walking distance of 20/25 minutes and there are so many other shops and restaurants just minutes away by car. Michelle is an extremely pleasant person to talk to and has always returned all of our calls right away if we had any questions. We enjoyed staying at her condo so much that we have booked yet again (our third time) and can’t wait to return! Thank you again Michelle for the use of your condo for our vacation to New Smyrna Beach!

Amazing place with an amazing view. David’s place is in a great location. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby and within walking distance. The condo was very clean and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. There is also equipment for the beach so no need to pack any umbrellas or chairs. The pool area was very clean and all of the staff are friendly and helpful. David is a great host and made sure everything was ready and working for our arrival!

We had an incredible experience! The unit is exactly as described and easy to find. We loved how close it was to the beach. This apartment was stocked with every single thing we needed, from beach gear to cooking necessities. Max and Lukasz were also very responsive. The master bedroom fan was broken and Max came to fix it during the afternoon and had it done within the hour. We will definitely be returning to this Airbnb and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone! Thank you for everything!

We loved every minute of our vacation here. The condo was so clean and the view was amazing. We spent time at the pool, that was extremely clean, and the beach. This part of the beach is amazing because no cars can drive on it! We will definitely be back!

Everything was pretty much as described. Very well stocked. Felt like “our place”. When time permits I’m sure we will be back! The pool and beach access is perfect. The parking passes are on the counter area. The wrist bands for the beach and pool are inside and extras are in a drawer in the kitchen area. (We were dumb - looking all over 😆)

clean, inviting, comfortable, right on beautiful beach. clean linens, bathroom. Kitchen stocked with coffee, etc. everything labeled and easy to find. Host very nice and accommodated our requests very fast. Loved our stay!

Amazing place!!! We loved this place so much so that we are going to try to book it again for next year. The house is updated and super clean. Beds were very comfortable and the linnens and sheets were super clean.The beach is about 120 or so feet from the back sliding door. Everything we needed for the beach was provided , umbrella, chairs, towels, coolers, wagon and toys dor the kids. I couldn't be more happy with our stay. The pool was great and clean. Absolutely loved our stay!!!

My family felt very welcome and cared for at Bob's Beach Bungalow :) Crystal was so kind and thoughtful during our stay as well as before. She wanted to make sure we would have everything we needed. She left thoughtful and beautiful gifts for us and personalized snacks. She was very responsive if we needed anything, and she really cared that we had a lovely time. The beach house was very comfortable with incredible open beach views. From all areas of the house we were able to take in and enjoy the views of the water. We were also able to see ospreys, pelicans and seagulls throughout the day as well as dolphins. And much to our two sons' enjoyment, there were two gopher tortoises who lived in the dunes behind the house and we were able to see them sunning themselves each day. With the views, location, and caring host Crystal, we hope to return for another stay. Highly recommend!!

The property was beautiful and clean. However, the listed amenities were there, but the pool was closed for maintenance. Our host thought that the pool was back up and running but it was delayed and would be for all of our planned stay except for the last day. Mark was very understanding when I called him. He was quick to respond and worked with us to leave this property for a different one. He went over and beyond to accommodate us.

This condo is as beautiful and clean as the pictures! So spacious for our family of 5, and includes all the household necessities that makes it easy to travel with a family. Zac was an incredibly responsive host which made our stay that much easier and hassle-free. This is a friendly and peaceful complex in a great location. There were always tables and chairs available at the pool, and the garage is stacked with all the beach gear you could want. We will definitely be back to this condo as it has everything we need.

We had a beautiful vacation here! The place was even better than the pictures and a rare find. Being right on the ocean and steps away from restaurants - it’s everything that you could want for. Including gorgeous sunsets from the balcony, overlooking the beach 🏖️. I would highly recommend this place and would rent it again! On top of being an incredible place, Juliana was an amazing host - always helpful and quick to respond .
