Debbie’s apartment at Kololi Sands came highly recommended by a friend after staying there herself. She knows how particular I am about cleanliness and staying at a place that has nice decor and feels like home. Debbie is an excellent host! She was super proactive in helping me look for another apartment for the last 3 day of my stay as hers wasn't available for the full length. She was responsive, polite and very thoughtful. She has thought of everything to make her place feel like a home. From the body creams in the bathrooms, the extra chargers in the drawers, the decor and the beautiful cushions in the bedroom and living room. Her place is absolutely gorgeous and gets cleaned every day - smells nice too. The balcony is beautifully decorated and you get a clear view of the ocean. Debbie and her apartment surpassed all my expectations! If you’re looking for a place to stay at Kololi Sands look no further. Book this place before it gets taken up. I won't stay anywhere else in Gambia.

Highly recommended place, surrounded by nature, very quiet and beautiful. Everyone was very friendly, Amy, her children, the dogs and the little monkey. Near the house there is a very beautiful river where you can swim. They are developing a permaculture project with a lot of potential, we hope to return one day!

Absolutely was a house warming trip. The Gambia is home, and having a nice cozy place to stay had me feeling absolutely perfect! Couldn’t ask for anymore, always helpful and highly responsive! Eco Lodge Domorrdula is a beautiful location by the creek with a lot of local birds visiting the premises. Lamin is very knowledgeable as nature guide and pleasant company. Check-in as well as meal and tour times are very flexible. The whole staff is kind, friendly and welcoming. Overall a great holiday destination for nature lovers!
