Cosy studio near Seven Sisters

Easy to find and as described, great base for a catch up with a pal and walkable to sea front. We didn’t have a car and we didn’t need one.

Secluded Off-Grid Cabin Near Beachy Head

SallyRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Can’t fault our stay at Reepicheep Cabin! Tom gave great communication to ensure smooth check in and check out and also provided information about things to do in the area. The cabin was clean and tidy, plus had all of the amenities you could need. It was such a lovely escape to the countryside, would absolutely recommend! We would definitely come back.

Oak Barn, close to South Downs and Alfriston

MaryRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We love Kevin’s place, it is one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed in, really a home from home for us. Kevin is warm, friendly & welcoming. The cottage is about 8 minutes walk from the mainline station, making it very convenient to get to London or Brighton and to receive visitors arriving by train. There are many lovely walks nearby and beautiful Sussex villages. The garden is fenced off, private, and relaxing to sit in. The cottage has a lovely cosy vibe, and Kevin is always very generous with provisions. We were sorry to leave! Back next year hopefully 🤞🏻

A special self catering cottage

JackieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Absolutely brilliant Air BnB. Great location to visit Eastbourne, Brighton, Rye, Wakehurst etc though the track to it is pretty bumpy so not ideal if you are going out several times a day. However, we went out in the morning & back in the evening & it’s so quiet & peaceful when you are there, it didn’t bother us. Accommodation was exactly like the photos & was so well stocked e.g. welcome basket, milk, dish washer tablets, biscuits etc & they saved our bacon because we forgot dog bowls but there they were in the cupboard; absolutely brilliant 🤩 Extremely clean & beautifully decorated throughout with shampoo & shower gel included. Was made to feel really welcome & our little westie, Minnie, thoroughly enjoyed her week away as well. Probably one of the best Air BnBs we have ever stayed in. Will definitely return when we next visit Sussex 😊😊

Park Farm Dairy

BabsieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a fabulous stay at Rebeccas. It was a very interesting property being an old Dairy. But Rebecca had made it into a very welcoming space with all you could need. Little touches that made our stay great were a local map with how to walk to local facilities and yoga mat and block. There was also plenty to see and do in the area, plus a great choice of books to browse. Great Stay

The water sing definitely did not disappoint! Beautifully decorated and sat upon a gorgeous lake full of lily pads and fish. If you’re looking for a place to switch off that’s peaceful and relaxing I 100% recommend a visit!

Country barn with beautiful views

Sue is an exceptional host. The barn is a very special place. Sue has put a lot of thought and attention into creating somewhere more than a home from home. Good base for exploring The Downs and to get away from the hustle and bustle.

Snug and beautiful Shepherds hut

PeterRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Peter’s Shepherd’s Hut is located in a secluded spot on a paddock, the horses were very welcoming. I wasn’t cold without the need of using the fire. Perfectly positioned for a weekend with Hunter Gather Cook. Firle is beautiful and definitely a happy get away.
