Absolute heaven! Everything you could possibly need for the perfect stay was there including extras such as a welcome pack with unlimited tea, coffee, milk, crumpets, butter and biscuits etc. The accommodation was stylish, very comfortable, immaculately dressed with an incredibly comfy bed, fluffy towels in the bathroom and an ideal location for outstanding walks along the Saxon shore way. A decent pub serving delicious food (recommended by Clare) was a short walk away too. We really couldn’t have asked for more. Clare is def the perfect host and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend “The Nest” to our family and friends.

It was my first time in Hastings and I fell in love with the town, especially Nicola’s place, immersed in the history of Old Town. The coffee machine at her place makes wonderful coffees and the place is decorated that every little details matters. Nicola and Andreas are so friendly and helpful and my doggy loved it too! I had the best time ! So grateful and recharged:)

A lovely stay from start to finish. Gary is extremely responsive, thoughtful and helpful. The room has everything – comfortable bed, efficient kitchenette, and fantastic bathroom with a superb shower. The location is nicely hidden away, yet easily accessible by car and the local bus. It really is the perfect spot for a getaway!

The property is tucked away in a quiet area but close to all the amenities Tenterden has to offer, including good food. It had everything we needed, was beautifully decorated and furnished and had a lovely atmosphere. A lot of thought has gone into the decor and furnishings and it’s very comfortable. Definitely 5 stars and would love to go back again.

The flat was perfect for our family visit! We used to live in Uckfield and moved 15 years ago. This location was literally within walking distance of our family and friends, as well as loads of restaurants! The flat is beautiful and full of natural light! We traveled with our two teenage boys and this worked perfectly as they each had their own rooms so that they could take time to chill. The hosts have truly thought of everything here... not only is there a full kitchen, but they supply dishes, glasses, mugs and cooking materials! We wanted for nothing during the stay! There were even multiple games available, as well as a list of recommendations for the area! We will happily recommend to all of our friends and will most certainly be back!!

We had a fabulous long weekend. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings but easy access to the town of Rye and beyond, great base to explore from. Had we needed anything, which we didn’t because everything had been thought of, Raphaele was on hand for us, very friendly and approachable and made us feel like nothing would have been a problem. We will certainly be visiting again, thank you Raphaele and Micheal.

Our stay was so lovely! We enjoyed every minute. The location is perfect, with everything in walking distance with the train station and bus stop so close making it super easy to get to the beach or surrounding areas. The house was beautiful, everything was so clean and well looked after, it had everything we needed and we definitely felt right at home! Thank you, we would love to come back!

My partner and I stayed at Treetops over Easter weekend for my birthday and absolutely loved it. The place is idyllic and cosy with a real home away from home feel and beautiful surroundings. Sam went the extra mile for us and made sure we had everything we needed. Two other parties of guests were staying in the Shepherd Huts on site while we were at Treetops but we barely noticed, we felt connected for anything we needed but still had plenty of privacy. We will definitely be back, thank you Sam! We'd also recommend other guests do the 40min walk to Henners Vineyard for a tour & tasting - amazing views!
