The Garden Studio

We had an excellent stay at Jophy's delightful Byre. She was a brilliant host, friendly, helpful and welcoming. Beautifully set up, a wonderful private garden, fabulously comfortable bed - everything we could possibly have wished for. All this in a great location with lovely walks, Bowood woods, and Avebury nearby. We found a treasure and would highly recommend.

Large double room in lovely Wiltshire home.

This was the perfect location for a family birthday meal at Rick Stein's restaurant on the high street. We could easily walk there and back so no need to find a car parking spot. The accommodation was very spacious with a wonderful comfy bed and pillows. It was incredibly quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast each morning. lt was great to have a parking space on the property. We also did a beautiful countryside walk literally from the house which was an added bonus. Would thoroughly recommend and Lucinda is a great host.
The semi-detached accommodation is presented in a rustic green exterior, surrounded by a spacious gravel courtyard. A sloped roof and multiple windows are visible, along with greenery and landscaped areas enhancing the rural setting.

Stylish private accommodation

The property is comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen is small but we lacked for nothing during our stay. The lounge is very cosy and homely. The bedroom is generously proportioned and again very comfortable. The property provides a fantastic base from which to enjoy Wiltshire, whether by foot (Avebury, Windmill Hill, Silbury Hill and the Ridgeway all being within a reasonable hike) or by car with Marlborough being close and a good choice in eateries being within a short drive. Diana is a fantastic host and was very welcoming and engaging throughout our stay, with good advice on local places to eat, shop or walk/hike. We felt very welcome during our stay which made it really quite special.

Piglet's House

Wow. Wow. Wow. What an incredible place to spend a weekend. We were celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary and it couldn’t have been any more relaxing. Our first nights away from our 2 young children in a number of years and we couldn’t have asked for a better set up. Beautifully decorated, ideal location and the most peaceful setting. Like living in the calm app! Lovely personal touches when we arrived which were greatly received. We will absolutely be back.

light and cozy bedroom

This is the first time I've booked an Airbnb that was a room in someone's house and not the whole place, so I was concerned that it might not feel comfortable. I needn't have worried. Chonette was warm and welcoming and I felt very at home. I was happy to have my own bathroom and a bedroom that I liked a lot. It's a short walk to the station where you can take a train to Oxford, Bath or London (Paddington). I enjoyed my stay with Chonette, who is a very kind and interesting person. I would love to stay with her next time I'm in Chippenham.

Country house offering single and double rooms.

I didn’t spend a huge amount of time at the location due to only visiting for a wedding, but what time I did spend there I was made to feel very welcome. Carole kept me hydrated by offering me beverages both pre and post wedding which I’m sure helped me fight off a hangover. I was also very kindly offered a lift down to the wedding venue when I was stuck for a taxi. Would stay again!
