Stone Cottage in Grounds of a 16th-Century Castle

The cottage sits on the grounds of a castle dating back to 1543 offering an authentic stay. The interior retains a decor that matches the historic charm of the area with modern comforts added and a shared pool in the stunning gardens outside. This is our smallest cottage and cannot take an additional bed or cot. The other cottages are all larger and can do this. All 3 cottages can be rented separately or together. They are in the grounds of a 16th century castle with beautiful gardens and large swimming pool enclosed by stone walls. The lower salon and summer kitchen in the main chateau is available to share. Access is by the side garden gate and all cottages are accessed by stone steps- sadly not suitable for wheelchairs. We will most likely be present living in the main Chateau and available to help and advise about restaurants and things to do in the area. We will share the pool and gardens. The old village is in a beautiful part of France that is has retained its iconic beauty through the centuries and still feels untouched by modern life in many places. Experience true local dining and bakeries with scenic walking trails all around. parking is in the church square below the Chateau. There is a local taxi service in the village and bus service to Avignon, Banyols sur Ceze and Uzes but car hire is recommended. We are 20 minutes from Avignon TGV rail station and about an hour from Marseille, Nimes or Montpellier airports. The cottages are completely private and tranquil.

Bioclimatic Lake Lodge

Isabelle welcomes you to her comfortable bioclimatic gîte: air conditioning, wifi, wooden terrace, small garden and parking. The beds will be made upon your arrival. The cottage is located between two hamlets on the edge of a small lake, ten minutes walk from the Chassezac river and the Bois de Païolive, the starting point for many hikes, mountain biking trails, canoeing down the Chassezac gorges possible. , numerous cliffs equipped for sport climbing within a radius of one kilometer.

LE BOSC COTTAGE Pays des VANS

New house, semi-detached on the west side, 65 m2, facing south, southeast on the ASSIONS hill. Located below the old stone village of Bosc, access to the private parking and the cottage is via a path set back from the road. The gîte is bordered on the east side by a field of olive trees and on the south side by a small wood guaranteeing absolute calm. Close to the Chassezac River, gorges, Païolive woods and hikes. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Gîte du Tilleul*** (Domaine de l'Olivier)

A large terrace with a barbecue area in front of the entrance, overlooking the valley, leads into the living/dining room of this very comfortable, fully renovated 45 m² cottage. Fully equipped integrated kitchen (ceramic hobs , fridge with Freezer, electric oven, ...). One  bedroom  equipped with 160x200 beds + umbrella bed (baby kit). Sitting area with 140x190 sofa bed . Separate toilet and large walk-in shower. Flat screen TV with TNT and WiFi. And a parking space.

Wooden house at the gates of the Cévennes

As a couple, with friends and family, come and relax between pine trees and scrubland. A wooden terrace with pergola, BBQ, summer kitchen, armchairs, table and chairs, surrounds the accommodation. On sunny days, enjoy the deckchairs and in summer, cool off in the hot tub (from June to September, never heated). If the temperatures are less mild, sit on the terrace around the fire pit under the polar blankets (October to May)
