This stunning and rare waterfront home is perched on the shore of lake Geneva with private beach and jetty. The house is very spacious and offers 3 large bedrooms all of which are en-suite. One of the bedrooms is a large bunk room that can sleep up to 6 people which is ideal for lots kids. The house is ideal for 2 families. Only 15 minutes from Evian and 20 minutes from Montreux, this is house is just 2 minutes from the Swiss border.

The Chalet Lumière offers a fantastic view over Lake Geneva and allows you to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets from your own terrace. Hiking, skiing, jumping into the lake, relaxing by the fireplace and listening to the complete tranquility.
