Vacation home rentals in Bernese Highlands

We spent Christmas as a family (7 people) in this wonderful chalet in Zweisimmen and could not be happier. The place was exactly as described – cozy, clean and perfectly equipped. The view of the snow-capped mountains was breathtaking, and the location was ideal for our winter activities. Our hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. They provided us with all the necessary information and were always available when we had questions. Communication was quick and easy. We felt at home and would recommend this place at any time. Thanks for the great hospitality!

Very pleasant stay. The children's rooms were well equipped, with stuffed animals and toys. The kids had a great time. Access is sporty but it is facilitated by the equipment lent by the host.

My husband and I had a pleasant stay in one of the very welcoming "Toujours Felix" accommodations, equipped with everything you need, impeccably clean. Even though we weren't so lucky with the weather, we enjoyed this beautiful place for 2 nights very much. Everything you need to spend a few nice days on this small island. The only thing we wouldn't do again is have breakfast at the recommended restaurant Delfino. There were no prices on the breakfast menu and we were all the more surprised by the insanely high prices for the few small things we had ordered when we got the bill. Better to bring something yourself and prepare it in the beautiful kitchen and enjoy it with fantastic views of the lake 😉

Wonderful stay in a very nice location. Pure relaxation.

This Aosta gem was the perfect place to out the door and to your right is the magnificent Arch of Augustus and the entrance to the old city. And yet inside this 300 year old cottage is the perfect charming place to be. The ceilings are much higher than appearing in photos. I think every picture tries to capture the amazing ceilings. My husband is 6’ and had plenty of headroom. You won’t regret staying in Gianni’s beautiful Aosta home.

We felt totally comfortable in this beautiful, charming apartment. Everything was clean, spacious and well appointed. The view is fantastic, as is the village and the café around the corner… Thanks to Carla for the nice contact and all the great tips, we were really taken care of.

We had a lovely time in Baveno. Laura is a wonderful host. She is proactive in communication and very helpful with any questions that come up (there was even an info sheet with tips for restaurants and excursions) . The apartment is very well equipped, except for an oven (if you need it) there was nothing missing. Only, the walls to the neighboring apartment are quite audible.

we had such an incredible stay! this was our favorite airbnb we stayed at during our honeymoon in italy and switzerland! absolutely stunning and very clean. the space is extremely cozy and we felt right at home. the fireplace is a huge bonus. we look forward to the next time we can come back to visit! highly recommend.

It had been such a wonderfully beautiful weekend, we felt right at home, the view was fantastic and we woke up every morning with a "wow", the reviews said it was cold. We had been there and it was cozy and warm. It was not cold at all, everything was very clean and available. It even had a raclette and fondue caquelon that you could use. We were able to recover very well. It was very luxurious to stay in the chalet, one of the most beautiful Airbnbs I have ever visited. Really great! Communication was easy and check-in too. Thank you for everything! We can warmly recommend it. We even got cat visitors, which we were very happy about and she also let herself be petted in the garden.

The place was as described, in a peaceful location that is easy to get to by bus and with a beautiful view of the lake. The apartment was clean and cosy and we felt right at home. Rahel was a great host, friendly and responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Absolutely loved our stay in Brienz. Katharina was kind enough to pick us up and drop us off to the train station as well. The Airbnb far exceeded our expectations and easily was our favourite part of our Europe trip. Brienz is stunning, peaceful, quiet - everything was perfect. Would return in a heartbeat

Super cozy wooden house in the mountains, very quiet & secluded and surrounded by beautiful nature. The kitchen was well equipped, even with a raclette grill. Super nice hosts, we were even able to use the sleds during the brief winter break! We will be happy to come back.

Charlotte little chalet is perfect, it have an amazing view, speechless. We have such an amazing weekend there, 10m from Downtown by car, the perfect location to visit and for sure the perfect place to relax specially the terrace.

We had a wonderful stay at Hanni and Susan's apartment! The place was clean, cozy, and perfect for our family. Everything we needed was available, and the location was great. Hanni and Susan were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. We recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

We had a wonderful winter holiday in Tammy's place. We felt right at home when we entered and the apartment offered us everything we needed. The kitchen is modern an equipped with all you need. There is a Raclette and Fondue set so you can prepare your own Swiss meal at home ;-) The view from the balcony is marvelous and the place is walking distance to ski lifts and other local amenities. There is an underground parking which is very handy. Luckily there was not much snow so we had no issues getting up the steep climb from the house with our car. If there is a lot of snow it will requires chains, however Tammy did warn us in advance :-) My favorite spot was at one of the windows where there is a comfy chair to sit with a nice drink and look out in to the mountain scenery. We would love to come back next year.

Warm welcome from Sarah, very available and accommodating who kindly adapted to our uncertain arrival time. Impeccable studio, carefully arranged with a certain desire to please its guests, just like the small caring touches left for us. It's really a plus to feel so welcomed. 🙏 The terrace, the view of the mountains, the calm of the surroundings, the incredible hikes, the thermal baths, the sweetness of life have left an indelible imprint on us.✨ We'll be back for sure. Caitlin's apartment is well-equipped and very modern. The view is beautiful from the heights of the Diablerets, we enjoyed our stay very much!

Hanan saved our vacation by accepting our same-day reservations in less than 1 hour due to a problem with another booking. She was lovely, warm and welcoming. The apartment is clean, well maintained, pleasant and everything works very well. 5 min walk to baths and 15 min to ski lifts

great place, 10 mins walk away from the pedestrian area and 5 mins walk to the sud bus station. just as pictured & described. well equipped kitchen. suggest booking it right away.

Very good stay in Samoëns in Audrey's apartment. The apartment is very clean modern and well-equipped. The residence itself may need a little refresh, but this is not an inconvenience because we spent all our time skiing. Everything is close by. Great experience!
