The 78 sqm 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. The apartment is located close to the Bavarian Alps, Lake Chiemsee and a couple of other small lakes. There are plenty of opportunities for sports and cultural events. Numerous restaurants provide local and international cuisine for every kind of taste. Here you can spend your holidays in a rural and traditional atmosphere. My accommodation is suitable for couples, travelers and families with children and small groups.

We had a wonderful vacation! The apartment was very nice, clean and simply cozy. The location is certainly great for hiking, generally getting to the mountains but also visiting beautiful cities! A day trip to Salzburg was definitely included. Some spas are nearby, which we also took advantage of directly. We were very warmly welcomed by Ariane's family and received excursion tips and a New Year's sparkling wine from them ;) The neighbors were also very nice and easygoing :) We felt very comfortable the entire time! Thank you so much!

Very nice & cozy accommodation that is very well equipped to cater for yourself. In addition, it is clean, without appearing sterile. After we had great bad luck with the weather, it was all the more beautiful that we could feel so comfortable in the apartment! Glad to come back!

It was a very nice stay. Beate was incredibly thorough. We benefitted from putting the car into the Garage during a crazy hail storm! Easy walk to the lake. Aldi, Drug store and outlets were close by in walking distance.

The cottage is a dream to be in. The amenities are very high quality and nothing was missing. Lukas was very quick to reach with questions. The location is absolutely perfect if you are looking for some seclusion and an environment for outdoor activities. Hiking, cycling, swimming in good weather, everything is practically at your doorstep. We will be happy to come back.
