good place and very close to downtown very comfortable and safe

The place is beautiful, just like the pictures. They were always attentive and the parking was great. Amenities were missing in the room (shampoo, conditioner, cream, etc.) If you want to use the jacuzzi, it takes a long time to fill, and the water pressure is very low. The pillows are not that comfortable.

The place is nice, tidy and quiet, but the place was a little dusty. The hostess is very kind and always attentive

A very cozy and clean place.

Very good hosts, Cinthia was on the lookout for the phone all the time, she gave us instructions to eat to get to the residence. The loft was very cozy and nice. We were delighted!!

We would highly recommend this stay! The view from our 2 bedroom unit was stunning and even better than the photos. It was perfect for our family with a great kitchen. They had a French press for coffee and included some excellent coffee. Half way through our stay we were brought fresh towels. The caretakers were friendly and helpful. They connected us with a great driver who had fair prices to explore the surrounding area. Things to note- it’s a steep uphill walk from town but it’s easy to get a moto taxi to get back home after dinner. There were some neighbourhood dogs that barked sometimes but that typical to Mexico and didn’t bother us much. We were able to walk from the rental to the trailhead to hike the Peña in about 15 minutes. We absolutely loved hanging out on the private patio with the amazing view, beautiful cactus and flowers.

Ceci and her husband were so unbelievably friendly. We felt so welcome and the accommodation was wonderful. It was relaxing, calming and really nice. We had everything we needed, it was clean and good to reach in a nice neighborhood. Next time we will definitely stay more nights to also enjoy the garden a little bit more:). It was a stay to remember! Thanks a lot!

Karla's accommodation seemed excellent for my needs, the place is spacious, with everything you need and enough to rest or work. The place is exactly as shown in the photos and Karla will always be there to answer any questions as soon as possible.

Great weekend at a lovely place, Jesus is an amazing host always there for you in case of doubts and recommendations. If I go back to Qro, for sure ill try to stay here again
