We enjoyed our stay very much, the house has a beautiful garden very close to the centre. The hosts Felipe and his Father were very pleasant and helpful, we will return again for sure!

Everything is great and comfortable. This is the second time that we have stayed at the house and we like it very much.

The house is really nice, with a very nice vibe and was perfect for my family and dogs. Humberto was always attentive and answered very quickly and very friendly. The only observation would be the shower in the main bedroom, because it came out with little pressure, which made the bathroom later, but overall very nice.

The accommodation has everything you need for a pleasant stay in Tequisquiapan…it is 7 minutes from the center, which allows you to be close to restaurants in a short time. Also, the apartment was very clean and with furniture in excellent condition. We would definitely go back.

The house is really beautiful and the community where it is located is very nice and friendly. We didn't have enough days to explore more. All areas of the house are fully functional and otherwise comfortable. We were attended by Claudia who is really a very kind and decisive superhost. I would definitely return to the house. The pool was delightful at 30 or 31 degrees, it is not deep which is excellent for children, it is an excellent option to rest!

An excellent place, just like the photos, Gustavo's service was really good, the place is very quiet, places nearby to make a purchase, everything was very good, the facilities, cleanliness, etc. Perhaps just look for a way to make the water warmer to be able to use it all day or at any time of the year. But I highly recommend it

Amazing place!!! The house is very comfortable and with very large spaces which allows you to spend time together in different areas of the entire house. The pool is always very clean and with hot/warm water so you can stay in until late. All the rooms have their own bathroom. The gardens are very spacious with rooms and tables in different areas to feel comfortable anywhere. Oscar's service and communication was always excellent. The caretakers Tomás and Mary were always attentive and helped us a lot. We will definitely be staying there again in the future!!!

Very nice and pleasant house in a very quiet area and close to downtown. It has everything you need for a very satisfying stay, although I would also suggest that they provide coffee, sugar, Splenda and cream, as well as a couple of bottles of water while you go to buy more.

The experience was unbeatable. The place is really lovely, with an atmosphere that provides privacy, tranquility and security. We were able to enjoy the space without noise that would interrupt our peace. The whole family felt very comfortable. The garden is spacious and perfect for relaxing, and the terrace was the ideal corner to share a coffee and recharge. Definitely a place we would love to return to.

The stay was very pleasant, we traveled as a family and the place was very comfortable, the welcome by the host and the people who work with her was excellent and they were always attentive. As a recommendation, I would say pay attention to the towels, linens and mattresses, and maybe a coat of paint to the pool to make it look better. A very nice place to spend a weekend with family or friends!

A larger space than what you see in the photos, it was an ancient ranch with plenty of spaces to explore. The house is very spacious and has several spaces for each activity. It's really easy to get to, but the apps complicate it a little and the road, although a little careless (which is not the host's fault) is easy to access by car. Everything functional, the house is very thermal. Maybe a couple of fans and more chairs to take advantage of all the spaces (inside and out) would improve the experience, but overall very well, we were a group of 7 people and pets and we really enjoyed the tranquility of the place

Excellent communication with Patty, the host. Flexible schedule and attentive, without being pushy. The cleanliness, the comfort of several bedrooms, it seemed to the 5 families a perfect option. The only small detail was the refrigerator, which only keeps drinks and food cool. Regards.

Everything was excellent! The location was very relaxed, private and quiet... we really felt right at home. The pool was very much enjoyed and the areas of the house were perfectly clean and well distributed. The host is very punctual and attentive, we look forward to returning soon!!!
