Monthly Rentals in Bern Township

I stayed here for a 13 week nursing contract at a local hospital. I work nights so quiet is extremely important. I got my wish for that for sure. This is a great little efficiency for one person to stay at for an extended period of time. The host and her husband are very responsive to any issues. The ones I had were very minor and quickly resolved. I would definitely stay here again.

This is our third stay here at the Summer Kitchen. We lived down the street and moved away 8 years ago so it was like coming home. The cottage is so cozy and private. Jillian was so nice, welcoming and responsive. We try to stay here whenever we come back to town. The Youngs

Very cute place with lots of historic character! Geena was a very friendly and responsive host. She also provided lots of great recommendations for places to eat and things to do nearby. The house is well appointed — Geena provided little things like bottled water and coffee, which was appreciated. The living room was quite comfortable with a nice tv. There’s also lots of natural light in the house, which is great.

Aaron is very communicative and helpful. Very interested in making sure everything was going OK. The location is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood that felt extremely safe. It is very close to all sorts of shopping (groceries, drug stores, Target/Walmart) and many restaurants. It is an area that is very easy to drive around, get in and out, etc.
