Our stay was simply wonderful. Everything was cozy and peaceful. Stephanie and Christoper were warm welcoming and very helpful! They were quick to respond no matter the situation! We will definitely stay here again to visit local family if we have the chance!

Robin's place was perfect for us on a recent work trip to the Lancaster area. it was spacious and immaculate with everything we needed plus so many thoughtful extra touches. The close proximity to the rail trail and the beautiful view added to our stay. We would absolutely recommend this location to fellow travelers.

We stayed here while on a travel contract for Reading hospital. Great location! Jennifer was responsive to all our questions and very accommodating. We extended our stay and already booked our next stay at another one of her rentals.

A great getaway for family and friends (and pets)! Our group had 6 adults, 4 kids, and a dog. The house was very open and airy and we all had plenty of space to hang out. Every bedroom has lots of light and porch / patio access. The kitchen and dining areas were open and perfect for group dinners. Even though there are other houses nearby, it felt fairly secluded with a spacious backyard. It's far enough off the road that kids could run around safely. The kitchen had pots and pans, silverware, cooking utensils, coffee pot, toaster, and dishes, with a few spices, salt & pepper. We didn't see any casserole dishes or big mixing bowls. But otherwise it had what we needed. The lake was easy to drive to and walk around (and boat if it's the right season). Mark was a good host and communicated well. The house book provided gave a lot of options for activities and information about the area. Overall a great place to stay, and we'd love to visit again!

House is central to many attractions, many walkable. House is comfortable with plenty of room. Will return again for family celebrations

We had a great stay in the cascade tiny home. The space was perfect for our family with two bedrooms and the loft. We also utilized the pull out couch. Every thing felt clean and new! Great location. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway from work for me and my wife. The place was really quiet and relaxing. Extremely clean and full of supplies inside the property. The communication is on point and so responsive. We really enjoyed our time at the property especially with the fire-pit right next to it. Definitely coming back soon with more friends and family!

This house was just as described as the photos. It was the perfect place to host my birthday party with close friends and to encompass the Murder Mystery theme. Would totally like to come back and experience this property in the summer as it was still beautiful in the mid/late fall season.

Leslie's cottage was peaceful, clean, and certainly charming. Nestled in the beautiful countryside, it was wonderful stay for a weekend getaway. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms were cozy and clean. The "third bedroom" is in fact just a single bed in the living room but we didn't mind. We stayed during the off season so we didn't have access to the pool but the backyard was beautiful and spacious, perfect for our dog to enjoy. The neighbors nearby had many dogs that would often bark throughout the day and sometimes night. We didn't mind since we're used to it but for others might be an annoyance for if you're expecting true silence. The wifi also was unreliable and often did not work if at all. Luckily we were able to make due with what signal we had in the countryside. Leslie was very polite, responsive and informative. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Thank you Leslie!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were surprised how spacious our little cabin actually was! It was clean and smelled of fresh cedar. We loved sitting by the campfire playing games and it was made so easy with wood ready to go. And it was close to Lancaster activities and restaurants for entertainment. We will all be back in the future!

We had such an amazing, peaceful, quiet weekend getaway for a friends birthday! The area was perfect and again so peaceful! If you want to clear your mind or just getaway from everyday life stay here! We didnt leave the area at all just stayed in our cabin had the bonfire lit. We were so comfortable! The pillows and bedding were so soft and again comfortable! We felt right at home!! The only thing that needs a little tweaking is the water, we had low water pressure to wash dishes and then if its more than 4 staying there's not enough hot water. But other than we literally cannot wait to come back!!!!!! Thank you so much!!!

Hotel accommodations without the hotel. Dish soap, dish sponges, washcloths and hand towels all included. Forgot the lighter for the fire? No problem! There are a few in the kitchen with sticks for s'mores. Just bring your own marshmallows. Very comfortable chairs around the fire. I was even impressed but the kindling included in the wood bundle. Can't wait for ur next trip.

Absolutely no complaints here. We loved our stay. The decor & especially the floors are GORGEOUS.

We are so happy to stay here when visiting relatives nearby. It’s always clean, has a good amount of dishes & glasses for use and welcoming decorative touches. There are different rooms where you can gather or work and we like its close proximity to a park for our dog.

If you sent any time growing up in the Midwest, this place will make you want to break out a polyester onesie and bunny slippers. When was the last time you had a 4 layer dip and watched the game? Well, this is the place to do it again. I stayed here with my teenage son and our dog and they ate, walked and napped while I attended a workshop. I couldn’t get them to leave they felt so comfy here. For me, I loved the early morning walks looking at never ending paddocks across rolling hills: the perfect way to clear my mind. We even made s’mores over an open fire which was, well - fire! Great hospitality, lots of living space, very comfy.

A charming old stone house in a very quiet and scenic area. The house has everything you need and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The owners are so friendly and respond very quickly to any questions you have. Great place to stay.

This was my second stay with my husband, dog and adult children at Timber Hall. I love that everyone gets their own room and there is so much space for hanging out. My husband loved the well stocked kitchen for cooking our meals. I loved the proximity to French Creek State Park / Hopewell Furnace and the relative ease of getting into Philly by 422/I-76. Jennifer was kind enough to check on us during a brief power outage and was very responsive to quite a few questions I had. I would definitely stay here again!

Thank you for a beautiful stay! It was really fun with a lot to do in the area! The kids loved the horses and the firepit. It was a great location, peaceful with a beautiful view. It was close to town with great restaurants and nearby trails.

We loved this home, and the cozy, homey vibes it had! The location was private and quiet, and the land around it was beautiful.

Our stay at Misty’s camper/ Rv was Incredible!! My kids enjoyed it so much . Everything you need is provided, it’s a top notch place to stay for a unique experience. We loved it . Definitely highly Recommend staying here .
