Or find peace on the water with our canoes, recommended! Our atmospheric cottage is located in the back of the garden, and is built from the old building materials from the old auction of Avenhorn. Conveniently located 10-40 km from: Hoorn-Enkhuizen-Medemblik, Edam-Volendam-Marken. But certainly also Alkmaar, the Zaanse schans, Amsterdam and not to forget, the coast of Noord Holland.

Welcome to this nice place, on the beautiful Dorpsstraat van Zwaag, 2km from the center of Hoorn, 30 minutes above Amsterdam. This accommodation has its own entrance, 3 air conditioners, 2 bedrooms & views of greenery. Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers. A motorboat is available for a fee. How nice of you to be interested. We are happy to give you tips: Come and see the museum mill, enjoy hiking, biking, boating, fishing or drive to the beach in 30 minutes. Do you sleep in the extra long electric box spring or cozy in the bunk bed? Even the sofa can be folded out as a sofa bed for a relaxed TV evening + massage chair. It has always been our dream to start a B&B. We are very grateful to have been able to buy, refurbish and welcome you to this historic property.
