The residential area is very quiet and one of the best residential areas of Brühl. Parking is available on the street, 10 meters away. Wi-Fi, smart TV, DeLonghi espresso machine, Bluetooth jukebox. In the living room there is also a small kitchenette with 2 burner stove, dishes, coffee machine (Senseo), microwave, etc. The bed in the bedroom is 160x200. The shower room is the connection between the two rooms. One parking space is right in front of the cottage.
